Hardly a razzmatazz RNS4 Mar 2021 07:49
I think we all had much higher hope as to where this would be in March 2021! It seems to be we have the original buyer who committed to 1 million masks - so we knew that already. VOLZ still wangling about and we knew the VOLZ connection already. It seems like old news, repackaged and served up as progress. I’m not sure what I was expecting - well actually I do know I was expecting brand name stores it would be sold in online and physical like brand supermarkets, eg Tesco Sainsburys, ASDA to reach the masses, Chemist chains like Boots and Lloyds, Argos, or NHS trial or Healthcare private providers, food production industries, factory chains etc in fact there’s many partnerships that by now they could’ve come up with - this is what we were all hoping Alex would achieve.
So my take is extremely lacklustre and where’s the extra revenue as the 1 million order a month is already priced in??
Global deals in US eg Walmart or a global distribution deal - where? Time is ticking now - even they recognise that with the line about the vaccine. They really needed to hit the ground running with this and in my mind they’ve kept tripping up and are still only learning to walk.
That’s my take - sure everyone’s getting excited but read again - analysis of the RNS doesn’t reveal much progress if any at all and especially no new large contributions to the revenue pot. Oh and the machine is still not working properly says it all.
IF this company is all about the masks then it has to do better, it has to excel and have achieved huge leaps by now. I feel like even I could’ve done better and come up with more than this by now.
