In a months time which is when the update on this is due we are apparently buying this company if it follows through after DD. OMG the crazy lot on here think we can acquire a large successful business in 1 month when we haven’t yet generated any money, SP has never even reached a penny - so the bill we need to pay in whatever format will be via what exactly eg large billions discounted placing to ii’s after SH completion or would it come before?...will not affect us? Honestly I have no words.
Think through the process here.

1000 - I think you’ve hit the nail on the head - everyone isn’t interested now they just want positivity’s to rise the SP but they will be when the bill arrives or is it just traders who don’t want difficult questions being asked today as they rain on their parade, IF people aren’t interested that clearly demonstrates the level and depth of their knowledge. beegee an established money making successful company will not simply accept shares as payment for their company in a company still yet to prove even its basic concept who SP can’t even manage through endless delays to reach a penny yet! I’ve now got a headache!

It’s a question STEVE that needs to be answered. Hiding from it like most posters on here sticking their fingers in their ears is not helpful. It needs to be paid for in cash - cash generated in a number of ways but seemingly will all clearly be detrimental to shareholders as any huge cash raise/share dilution/warrants is.

We haven’t made any money - we now have a large bill to pay. So how are we funding the deal. It’s crazy to announce this acquisition as solely positive without considering the negative and AZ should have been able to put in the details if he’s going to send out 2 RNS regarding it. How do we know it’s going to be beneficial if we don’t know the effect it will have on the company re the funding of the acquisition. It’s all throw away lines

So all I’m getting is knee jerk name calling amateur replies without any idea of what is going on. Aren’t shareholders entitled to know? Why has the details of funding this acquisition not been revealed in the announcement? You carry on wide boys telling anyone who asks a real question to sell up (seriously) it’s showing you’re out of your depth. But it remains that the money for the acquisition has to come from somewhere.... I doubt they’ll accept fresh air.

Kitty - Tradeflow is a successful operation No1 - we have yet to do proof of concept we are right now an unknown - so to suggest an equity swap is nuts. What if SYME is a failure - you honestly think this company would risk all they’ve built on something not even proven yet? I’m not clearly a SYME basher I love the concept but the naive views ignores real business detail here. It’s going to have to be a very attractive deal for them to allow us to acquire them. That has to involve huge sums of cash. Where is the cash coming from and does anybody care. I looked at this RNS and was immediately wary of why/how we are going to try to run before we have even learnt to take one step. I personally think timing of it now is a bad idea. Future 6 months/year maybe but not now. It smacks of large dilution I’m afraid.

6 months ago we were waiting for first securitisation to close end of September - 6 months we haven’t even achieved that STLL and we are shopping for acquisitions? No this is to me bad news and not needed yet.

SIMON ipso facto then if they’re generating a lot of money HOW are we managing to acquire their business? Not one person knows and seems to be putting themselves into ostrich mode. We haven’t generated a penny yet so HOW can we afford to buy out and acquire a seemingly huge profitable business? Everyone is simply ignoring this. If I was them I wouldn’t exchange my profitable large business for a stake in SYME - I’d want a pile of cash and that. Therefore that would mean SYME would need to raise money by ....dare I say it a raise to ii’s beginning with P. So once again can anyone tell me how we are affording to make this acquisition?
Or is it the case we close SH finally and then we get done over by a raise next month?

Signing Heads of Terms does not mean the deal has been done silly and they will update in a month. HOT is simply setting out what each party expects and agrees to.

Wow some patronising people on here trying to explain to me funding model - yes I’m very aware of that lol since last year I’m hardly a newbie. But so far no-one knows or can tell me HOW we are funding this acquisition as its not going to be cheap. Simply asserting I’m a shorter **** off simply shows the naive view that it doesn’t matter. It matters a great deal - why hasn’t he told us? It seems bizarre to me and worrying that we don’t know. Devil is in the detail.

Yes but THAT misleading article and negative comments are having a negative effect on the SP and no flack to them. I think we need to assert ourselves now it’s bordering on libel and clearly having a negative effect here. Are we not entitled for things to be done properly - why is FCA allowing press articles prior to court decision? That should have been pulled. So hello BOD are we simply to watch whilst our reputation gets trashed further and goes unchallenged in public despite all we have done?

Mentions in the press mainly one article which couldn’t even serve up correct facts. BOD need to politely get corrected - also as a shareholder I’m getting somewhat annoyed that people inc a certain MP can name call in such a derogatory way without being challenged. We are being tarred negatively to the extreme now. We have a new BOD we are sorting out ‘the mess’ however large mass bandwagon campaigns like this are now being blinkered and their side seems to be allowed to do and say whatever they like. We are a business with shareholders and as shareholders I’m not happy in the least that in public only one side gets to say things. However it is clear that they have realised if they keep going and grind us into the ground they’ll get nothing. We also are entitled to fairness here. I think they will see sense and accept it. The alternative is nothing and there would be us to think about as well. I had huge respect for a certain money adviser but now I think this relenting pushing of this to people who hadn’t even thought of it or needed to complain is wrong. Gathering up every customer is simply ridiculous and unworkable. If they now want anything they will have to allow us to move forward and become profitable which we can do.

Novice - I agree we need to be able to address a more balanced view rather than people in press and social media, attacking and name calling the company. It’s going too far - we need to address this biased, overtly negative view - it’s like an organised pile in now. As a shareholder I expect our interests and the company reputation to be protected more instead of whatever we do simply and endlessly being the sole target of people’s anger some clearly unjustified. It’s been whipped up to involve people who had never even complained nor saw a problem with us. It seems anyone can be given a ticket to jump aboard the compensation train. Some strong, firm messages with PR and press need to start now.

Dropped the sell to 1.76 but have to buy at 1.82/1.85 dependent on volume. They are large order filling it seems. Next news drop re new business sales, distribution, possible licensing deals and VOLZ should be imminent- get your ducks in a row!
