I can - RMS - issuing endless ‘bad news’ RNS ‘s in succession then voila a cheap as chips placing - that’s what added to all the controversy over there. I’m simply asking how are SYME right now in a position to acquire another successful company? How are they paying for it? Everyone wants to skirt around this issue- the acquisition is when it started to really trouble me here and my view changed substantially after being patient about the endless delays and missed self imposed deadlines of completion of SH. Everyone can make up their own minds but only time will tell.

I got slated last week with my objective analysis and reported by the rampers to remove me, abuse thrown at me left right and centre - I asked valid questions of how SYME were going to fund this ‘acquisition’ & also why had they seemed to have changed the accounting dates twice? Why hasn’t the mystery funder been identified despite saying reveal in new year?
Question - so unless they have a bag of magic beans how do they pay for this impending purchase? Anyone care? Will this drib drab April Fool of an RNS now act as a helpful aid now SP is ‘hammered’ so a cheap new (placing?) funding issue for the purchase can be made easier? Who knows? But when things don’t look right start asking questions, perhaps engage a bit more cynicism even if you may not like the conclusions you come to.
That’s my opinion. I may be right or wrong but that’s my opinion and I’m entitled to it.

Maestro - how has he fooled you? Given you a huge divi and a rocket fuelled Covid test? It’s done and it allowed many to buy more cheaply - he still has a huge holding here so what’s now the problem? From the MMS strangle hold. This is now imho hugely de-risked. People will vote and take the money it’s simple human nature and quite frankly they have to do very little to get it.
