RE: Sunday night Bot Fever12 Apr 2021 00:38
Tilly - this is the line you and the crew always take - no-one is ever allowed to offer an alternative view or analysis. Look how the ‘shipmates’ behaved towards me last RNS - I was vilified here and called all sorts yet my overview played out pretty swiftly and here we are closing in the 26s after that over the top blinkered rampathon on here post JV Russian RNS.
Well I think if you really read the RNS it’s very telling indeed - firstly back on 14th Jan we had BOD declaring that non-binding offers were in discussions to be progressed to binding
‘discussions regarding proceeding to binding proposals are continuing. Until a transaction is finally concluded there can be no certainty that a transaction will occur or on what terms.‘
yet and here’s the gem in the latest RNS
‘Directors are confident that the ability to allot securities and demonstrate a capacity to develop the Kola PGM and battery metals district independently of other strategic options available to the Company benefits the Company and its Shareholders by improving Eurasia's negotiating position‘
IF they were able to agree and go forward to progressing a binding agreement FSA or JV ‘strategic options, then any non-binding agreement offer to EUA would have surely been ok as in acceptable. So something has changed here sounding loudly on the drums of common sense - the BOD wouldn’t need to put themselves in a ‘strong negotiating position’ as surely any offer/FSA amount/part asset sale which was being discussed to progress towards binding, was surely agreed as acceptable in principle otherwise they’d be no point, they’d have said no thanks months ago. So what’s the problem that they need to put themselves into a stronger negotiating position? LTH’s keep telling themselves it’s coming soon. This last RNS makes me think it is not coming at all and that EUA will go it alone. Fine cry LTH’s it’s all worth a vast amount, yes collectively it all is but it’s also got a large appetite and will each a lot of cash to get it out of the ground and get money finally into shareholders pockets. Could be many years yet. The herd that sit alongside those oh so patient LTH are often not as patient- they want baggers in weeks not years.
The Russian JV RNS and this now EGM RNS rights issue is once again sounding my alarms that all is not what LTHs assumed. I was right last time and I think I the market may well agree with me on this too.
