Tuvok - there’s literally no point in comparing your experiences with another company selling warrants because they wanted rid and CTEA being on brink of possible game changing for this company. No point at all. There’s very little free float therefore to fill large buys they can’t take it down too far as there would be a pile in and any panic selling stock would be bought up. This tick tick trading range fits the pattern perfectly especially as it’s been demonstrated many times that if MMS take up the ask there’d still have a deluge panic buying it thinking it was breaking out but the SP would rise above the order placement. It must be large that’s all I can conclude and makes sense when we are in the present landscape of Covid passports on everyone’s lips and possible contracts and trials coming to fruition.

Agree with you JD- of course warrants not being sold - that would be insane. They are wanting sells hence MMS lowering the BID on any buys even. It’s a collection method to discourage buying. Large order fill would make more sense when on the brink of what could be transformative news.

Well I’m surprised that it seems to be held in such a tight band for days - as so little shares in issue could this be a very large (albeit slow) order fill? We seem to kick up to 2.60 then down to 2.30 constantly past few days. Even if we don’t have news I expect SP wise we will pretty soon breakout into 3’s at very least. Too much at stake for people to not start making their positions here.

Torre - I hope they have had a ticking off - that was totally unprofessional to tweet this news. If they truly stood by fact that this wasn’t going to have had any effect on SP and that’s why the could simply tweet it, then why put out the RNS today? I do think as I said yesterday people were overdoing the implications of this news and drumming it up somewhat especially on Twitter as it was a tweet but It just doesn’t make the company look good. Especially as there’s been RNSs issued on much less news eg re the machine in the TB days last year. They should have issued this via RNS then free to tweet and promote news after market informed. Going forward, let’s hope they stick to communicating with shareholders via regulatory channels.

But there’s a lot riding on a tweet geeing this up by over 37% currently when the BOD themselves didn’t think it was worthy of being price sensitive info to send out in an RNS, especially if they were planning one soon, so maybe less likely now to even get that. Well the rise has come early. Other news I’m sure will come eventually and patience will pay off.

I’m thinking as we have CE mark already and it’s been developed as a Type 11R surgical mask anyway - don’t they have the approval anyway as part of attaining the CE mark? perhaps P2F were simply tweeting a tweet as promotion re a salient key point not as new ‘news’. That would make more sense to me as if it was being waited for the approval we would have had this in a past update RNS.

I suspect it’ll be a week or so - under NDAs until proper announcement of trials and who is participating. I think the the point of the trials is to evaluate which system provider works best in real world. Ours is heads and shoulders above rest imho - blockchain underpinned whereas one still in development uses Bluetooth can you believe. We will be using Covid certification ‘passports’ for quite some time to come yet most especially for international travel will be norm for years. This isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.

They’d better get a move on - you can walk into eg Holland and Barrett and see shelf loads of CBD products - already mainstream on the high street. There is only one other ‘competitor’ system that uses blockchain secure tech (in 2021 mist secure and preferred ledger technology) and they haven’t got a ready to go app. I’m not sure why you post on here if you’ve no belief in CTEA. As I’ve said many times, we are not simply focused on contract with NHS England/Wales - globally this will be rolled out for international travel and other countries will require for their citizens quickly - no time to develop from scratch which is where we can hit the ground running. We also could provide for PH Scotland. We can also provide for businesses and individual events globally. Time is of the essence for opening up global travel and economies. We need this to be up and working in weeks not years. We can do that NOW.

Plus I’ve done my own research and it’s wholly misleading to suggest Netcompany in running when in fact their input was months ago, contract ended and was a very specific small Covid testing project.

Biglad - that’s the past - you need to see we are entering a completely different landscape with COVID now and a new chapter. The foundations take time to lay but this will become the norm and the ability to win contracts now should become a whole lot easier as governments, people and businesses start to plan their own roadmaps out of this to run smoothly. The new normal is that we will all (same as masks that people railed against) be using a secure Covid passport style APP on our phones to travel, work and play. Globally we have the ability to hit the ground running and provide a ready to go working secure blockchain backed tech system. Time to look to the future now and I think we will all be handsomely rewarded going up from these SP levels.

Quite simply the simple hassle free method of voting yes and receiving money versus the prospect of nowt. It’s human nature. How many of us would on ‘principles’ decide to vote against this knowing that they would receive nothing? What do they get out of doing that? It has to be a yes imho. Nothing else would make any form of common sense now the SOA has passed court approval. They may not like it but it’s that or nothing, the significance of the achievement by AMIGO and their ‘win’ in court has yet to be reflected in the SP but it will.
I’ve said previously that as we get back to a new lending model and restart lending - an area of the market I think they should look to is mortgages. Helping people to get a foot on the property ladder who may have experienced difficulties in the past (not taking bad sub-prime here) eg mid prime who’s credit record isn’t ruined but not shining. Being the go to lender for this type of business as we exit lockdown and it’s economic effects may add a very lucrative string to their bow whilst helping those in need and also rejuvenate the brand putting past mistakes behind and promote AMIGO as a caring lender. How many past customers if push came to shove and they could get a mortgage with AMIGO enabling them to buy a house, would not say yes to that if that was only lender willing/able to lend. Same for loans too.

AMIGO imho have a good future now and I think with the new BOD will rise from the ashes of past problems as a lender with a good strong business model once more. Good for us and good for parts of society who need businesses like us.

I can only deduce that the benefit to TF would indeed be the chance to easily and ‘cheaply’ IPO in some sort of RTO - I think the funding issues have triggered this. It was up until the end of last year and the never ending extension of deadlines for wrapping up POC SH that maybe was telling. Any funder keen to get a big slice of the pie or even the entire pie greedily hence the delays to address this - you’d think would be keen as mustard to get this in the bag and start making money. The fact that it all went silent in New Year and throughout the suspension was alarm bells. I think they’ve lost interest and AZ is now looking to TF fund as the new investor via a RTO. The timings certainly make sense.
This imho is going to mean heartache for SYME investors - and if it’s not a RTO then as I can’t see how the heck they can pay for it then a placing ‘solution’ on top of this fiasco TS yesterday is going to hurt like hell.
AZ had consistently over promised and under delivered - there’s a fine line between being enthusiastic CEO and pumping up investors for the news they’ve all been waiting for knowing that this wasn’t going to happen. I’m afraid my trust in him is at an all time low right now.
