I think the points being missed here are Mark and Charles are not paid very much at all unlike the previous BOD who took large salaries , bonuses and were also paid as consultants. They have put significant hours in and got the company to a far better position than a year ago when the share price was 0.15 and from a retention point of view I for one want them to stay . At some point they need a reward and although we want a much higher share price than 0.5 the reward is linked to performance unlike the previous BOD so I think this is very positive. If any spare cash buying up shares would be good if it avoids further dilution .
