Anyone who can buy in at under 10p is going to be laughing IMHO

This is part of an email response I got from JP at the end of July !!!
I still believe by year end we should be over 1p and am working towards that. I can see the funding for LCCM in place by this time and work having commenced and I am following a couple of very interesting leads in relation to CRL. Again note, not one Director has sold a SML share.

The board deciding to turn down offers in the best interest of creditors . No surprise that shareholders who actually own the company get nothing . Sorry for all those shareholders who believed this BOD were acting in their interest but unfortunately this was always the way this was going to play out . Probably some behind the scenes arrangement for someone’s pal to pick this up for nothing from the administrators . IMHO

Sorry to say I think this is heading one way . Debenhams was very similar , i chased that down to virtually nothing hoping for a way out but potential buyers waited for administration and then bought the brand . Shareholders got nothing and now Debenhams trading as an online store . Hope for those who stick it out it works out but I’ve sold out now as the risk is too great .

Looks like the same path Debenhams went . Will go bust , be picked up for nothing by another business and shareholders get nothing . IMO

Shows what a lack of trust there is in the BOD when a positive RNS leads to a big sell off . Next news needs to be concrete progress towards value not just more promises of gold at the end of the rainbow .

I agree think things are happening in the background- you would hope so otherwise not sure what the BOD do . A lot of sells this morning but think they may regret it in a couple of weeks time .

Are we finally going to see some progress in the company and SP . Hope the wider market starts to see something worth investing in .

Just reported only 6% of burglaries and 4% of robberies were someone was charged over the last year . Police obviously got their priorities right looking in to comments on here - what a disgrace .

I had a good email exchange with JP last week . I raised a number of concerns around performance of the Company and BOD . Although we don’t agree on all the points raised I was pleased he took time to address all the points in his response . He still believes LCCM will be financed and operational this year and that the share price will be nearer 1p at year end . Although the jury is still out and we need to see concrete evidence of progress it did solidify my position on holding and waiting to see .

I’m significantly under water and hold more shares than most . However I’m still hoping for a turnaround . I agree the BOD have been hopeless and bordering on incompetent but I need this company to succeed . This board is pointless if opinion can’t be expressed without insults being thrown . I can’t make the AGM but wish I could to see who Hursty is and understand what he wants from continually trashing anything positive that is put on this board .

Hopefully all the profit takers are gone . See this starting the slow climb up to real value . Few more buys from the BOD and news on financing LCCM should do the trick .

How do I register to vote ?

Long RNS that doesn’t say much . No mention of delay to the PEPR approval .Looks like annual meeting will be face to face - can anyone attend to ensure the BOD are challenged on their Constant failure to deliver what they say and destruction of the SP . The RNS also says the raise was used for LCCM - I thought it was for capital equipment replacement for Cobre .

After a couple of really poor years are we eventually turning the corner ? If we get the PEPR approval as promised in the last RNS I’ll start to believe again . If not more smoke and mirrors .

Why is the approval of the watered down PEPR taking so long ? Another quarter will be gone with no visible progress with yet another delay to starting up LC . Love to see what the BOD are actually doing to earn their salaries ?

I agree has potential for massive upside . All depends on the unconditional approval for LC . If we get it this year provides real leverage to tie a loan down . If not I think what little trust or hope that the BOD are being genuine will be gone .As a long suffering PI on this share I need something concrete to restore faith in the competence of these guys to run this business .

If the loan is close why do a placing ?

This is what’s holding the SP back - no one who’s been here any time believes these RNS’s . Like to see the BOD show us they believe in the plan by buying shares at this price .
