The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
The Cobre sales is good news , the loan and warrants insignificant. The BOD need to give good news as promised in the next few weeks to show they are not going to milk this cash cow for another year . That is the only thing that can get the share price moving and give the shareholders confidence .

Proactive interview
My view is currently just Cobre is worth an min of 0.5p but held back by a lack of faith in the BOD . Will see some buying and selling at current price as people take profit take a punt or LTH who have no faith bail . If news on the other projects is good confidence will start to return and this will significantly rerate the SP as new folks enter . If things play out as they could If managed well Redmoor is still where the value is . IMHO. Here’s hoping for news in the very short term .
Agree , anyone who’s been here for a while is rightly cynical but think we’ll know in a matter of weeks whether at last we are getting progress on our assets . The upside on the SP could be spectacular in my opinion so happy to see it through Q1 .
I’d agree , can’t blame people wanting to bail on a price hike after so much disappointment over the years . However I think the future could be very different . The Cobre announcements guarantee a good profit going forward and as per the last RNS there is news on the other projects this Q . The BOD know they need to deliver and shame on us if we allow the past to repeat itself. I wouldn’t get hung up on the loan . Cashflow was a problem so 5hey neede this to pay some outstanding liabilities and had to report it . Without the new contract Cashflow would have been a major issue but now it’s gone away . I’m a major shareholder and am confidently holding for a much higher SP .
JP and the current BOD have a very short window of opportunity to build on yesterday’s RNS with the promised further good news in Q1 . If not there are other people willing and able to deliver the potential we all know Redmoor has . Either way 2024 will be at last a good year for the long suffering SML shareholder IMHO . Anyone with private messaging who wants to discuss further let me know .
Sure JP will be on Proactive tomorrow. Interesting to see how investors react to his interview . Cobre is good news but Shareholders can’t accept Cobre just paying for the BOD for another year with no delivery on the strategic projects and he needs to clearly update us with a credible plan to take them forward or step aside .
Unless we get news in the next week looks like things are drifting in to Jan . We should get ducks in a row so we can trigger action fairly quickly next year if required . Suggestion on how to connect in a confidential way ? I would recommend initially to keep this manageable we keep to a small group with cut off of shareholding over 10M excluding any folks who work for SML . Appreciate views bearing in mind this is transparent to all .
I have a lot to lose on this share so have done what I can to find out a bit more on what is going on behind the scenes at SML from some folks who don’t want to comment on this board and don’t want me to divulge the conversations. The conversations give me some hope however after years of disappointment I’m not holding my breath . I’ve set myself a deadline of Christmas that if no news ( good news ) I want to do something concrete . Will try and get folks with similar mindset together if it comes to that .
Cornwall is the one hope for this company , if this is not mismanaged by the BOD this will at last turn in to something tangible. Expect next news flow will be a government grant and a bigger partner willing to take a stake in the company and move the project forward . Hope this is the first of the Q4 news flow promised in the last update .
One last throw of the dice . Rumoured news before Christmas so added a few at this ridiculous price . If it doesn’t materialise or is nothing news after 6 years of patiently waiting for the BOD to achieve something time to throw in the towel .
