Cornwall is the one hope for this company , if this is not mismanaged by the BOD this will at last turn in to something tangible. Expect next news flow will be a government grant and a bigger partner willing to take a stake in the company and move the project forward . Hope this is the first of the Q4 news flow promised in the last update .

One last throw of the dice . Rumoured news before Christmas so added a few at this ridiculous price . If it doesn’t materialise or is nothing news after 6 years of patiently waiting for the BOD to achieve something time to throw in the towel .

Expecting something substantial to be announced in the next few weeks based on my research . If that doesn’t come off time to call an EGM and demand a change . DYOR

I’ve been in this share for years , like most of these boards people don’t want to hear opinions unless they support theirs . Why I don’t post often as all you get is insults . I’ll look in in another 2 years and see if a better class of people on here to have a sensible discussion with .

Revenue less than £100k , debt of millions repayable next year , placing due , business strategy changed again . Company may have a long term future but doesn’t warrant current market cap IMHO

I contacted the non BOD major shareholders . They asked me not to disclose the conversation but trust me they are not happy .

My understanding is Peters is not taking his salary and the rest of the BOD are taking 50% until finance is secured .

Hence why our BOD need to monetise our assets now or hand over to someone capable of doing so .

Costs 10k to do an RNS so probably get rolled in with other bigger news unless this was the big news ticking the SP up

Is there a date for this year ? I want to attend .

A takeover would be preferable, anything else still relies on this BOD who will have to work very hard to regain any credibility or trust from shareholders after the last few years of failure .

MM Will hoover up shares on the cheap if a whiff of news

I’ve been badly stung financially by SML believing all the early hype .However I do maybe naively hold out some hope . I do think the assets are sound and in the right hands could be successful. The issue with aim is PI’s are overall apathetic and allow the BOD’s to get away with lack of performance whilst rewarding themselves well . This is now last chance saloon for this BOD and if no movement in the next 2 months I think you will see a concerted effort to remove them as collectively the lions share of the capital is now held by disgruntled folk . For this to happen there needs to be a workable plan to run the company without them . My hope is Peters etc finally come through but if needs be I’m sure there are many SML PI’s who could run this company more effectively than the current BOD .

Small comfort with current SP but at least they are doing something to minimise cost . No salary for JP and 50% for the rest of the BOD until funding available . What has happened to the PEPR approval - anyone up to date ?

The only glimmer of hope is it won’t take much good news to shift this SP significantly. I’m a LTH way under water but anyone buying in now could do very well .
