Cash is king in this market, once this fiasco is over there will be tons of undervalued companies.Sidara is only interested in few divisions and it would have sold rest of them more likely to recoup its money.It can wait and make an offer for divisions it wants.

You have to include lease liabilities as well.Net debt is around 1.2 billions as per last update.

Equity it still has to take on 1.2 billions debt and would need to pump another 250-300 millions into company,so total cost to it would be around 1.85 billions.It will only make a profit if it can turn things around.Company is in financial mess clue lies in "refinancing talks" and "convenants breach".In this environment would it be willing to pay that much?

Why has it requested an extension.There are some issues clearly.Share price was hoovering around 40-44 and it is at pre-offer level.Market views that a deal is not going to get through.Current situation has not halped.

You need to read company updates before saying anything but again that would go against your narative.

Hahahaha I knew that was coming.Sidara is under no rush to make an offer, they can wait for disposals and can buy the devisions they want without taking on debt.If you ask for my opinion than I dont see them making an offer at this point.

You have summed it up Crownman, we all agree that company needs money.If Sidara goes ahead with takeover then shareholders dont have to worry about that.However if Sidara walks away then company will need to find 250- 300 millions from somewhere.Proceeds from disposals would only cover administration costs!

It means nothing, what would you rather have a small profitable buisness with no debt or large loss-making buisness with massive debt?

Sidara does not have to start any buisness from scratch, it is already working in this sector.In fact some divisions overlap.If financial press is to be believed then they came back this time as they see some synergies.As things stand they will need to pay off lenders first and would need to inject some money into buisness to turn things around.Or alternatively they can wait for company to sell divisions they want without taking on any debt.Whichone would they go for?
