They need to raise at-least 250-300 millions.Look at world situation I cant see any new money invested in oil and gas when world is heading for recession.Look at Sp it is being held in a tight range!

You dont know how long will it take, not an ideal situation when you have 1.1-2 billions debt to refinance and loss-making.Holding this into suspension would be a massive risk as there is a good chance that when it comes out of suspension, refinancing would be completed.Although I do believe a big chunk of "proper posters" on this bb got in for a quick trade and got stuck.

How many times do I have to tell you that nothing being said here would make a difference to share price.It can work with illiquid aim shares that you "p&d" but on this one.Market has trapped a lot of traders and would spit them out.Sometime you have got to analyze to come to conclusion.Share price kept on rising a day before bid was announced and it was up by 10% until company was compelled to release an RNS.

Sidara would determine share price.They have to annouce RNS market is factoring in that it has walked away as share is trading at pre-bid travel.

As I said most of these "long-term" investors got in for a quick trade but got stuck and are trying to B s their way out of it.This is a ftse stock where market will chew them and spit them out.By the way I received similar abuse on Independent oil,Petrofac,Flybe and couple of others.This company has managed to land itself in tight spot due to incompetent management.

Them disposals are not "non-core" I am afraid, in this market loss-making assets wont fetch a lot of money.They are disposing off these assets to fund administration costs, lenders would want company to raise some cash before agreeing to refinancing.Sidara sensed that and got involved.Lets see who is right, my believe is Sidara is only interested in certain divisions and dont want to buy whole company.

Without refinancing and injecting cash into buisness it is impossible for wg to turn things around.

How can you say "fundamentals" have not changed, it was meant to generate "150-250" millions positive cash flow and right now it has generated negative cash flow.Company is not making any profit and debt has gone up and "fundamentals" have not changed?

My guess is conditional offer around 40 was made .Alternatively refinancing would wipe out shareholders.Equity only has some value if Sidara goes ahead with offer.

With price of oil and global recession "fundamentals" wont change anytime soon.Financial stability is more important here.Equity is toast here!

That is what you are missing on, share price has fallen by 90% since they walked away last time.Fundamentals are 10 times worst and macro factors have changed.What makes you think this share price wont fall further and why would bondholders let it continue without strengthening balance sheet.Whenever you hear words"strategic options" and "refinancing" 90% of times it means one thing.
