Lol well this company had 8 months to put itself in "better position" and there was plenty of time for "PE" to put an offer in but I am guess they are waiting for Christmas.It will be atleast a year before we see any change in my opinion.If Sidara decides to put in a bid it will need to pump some money into buisness if no offer is made then shareholders will need to pump some money into buisness.

Time is on Sidara's side, they can walk away and let company sort out finances and then come back later if they are still interested.If company cant rectify things then Sidara can buy these without taking on debt.

As I said Sidara would decide and offer would surprise many if it does come through.Holding shares through suspension would be risky as there is a good chance refinancing would wipe out existing shareholders once shares come out of suspension.As far as Longfell and Icecool/Lucsa are concerned they have got sucked into this somehow and are bricking it.

As I said Sidara will determine share price, retail money cant shift price!

Sp is being held in this tight range, we will find out soon.If Sidara goes ahead with bid equity would have some value.If they walk out equity is toast.

I knew that was coming,your personal interactions with them dont count when it comes to refinancing I am afraid.They cant turn around and say to lenders"we will pay ask "luca/icecool,we have never let him down".When market believed they would pay equity value was much higher.Another thing is in past two years Price of oil has been trading much higher and company has still managed to mess things up.

As I said net debt is big issue here when company has 1.1 billion to pay next year and is loss-making.Clue lies in "refinancing talks" and "asset disposals".Market is valuing equity around 170 million for a reason!

We have been there many times and problem is you have not bothered to read update.But I will still go through this in case it gets into your head.Company needs 150-250 millions for administration costs and needs to raise 250-300 million to strengthen balance sheet as there is no way lenders would let it carry on without raising some sort of money.

They are willing to risk 1.8 billion on this or they are going to let this go and come back later.Company needs at least 500-600 million at this point!

So what are we arguing about as they need to pay lenders and lease holders and that figure is around 1.1 billion.They would need to be paid first surely.

At the mintue lenders own company, so they are pretty much covered,should things go tits up.Market believed Sidara's initial offer was around 40 and after review they have lowered it.

I am 100% confident that if Sidara walks away shareholders will be wiped out.Not sure what Sidara will do.I dont think they will offer 75,actual offer has to be much lower than that.
