Bust type of scenario, if a conditiinal firm offer is made then it will be a play till 35, however if Sidara walks away then refinancing is on the cards and will wipe out shareholders.I do think an offer will be made but at this stage it is not 100%!

@hmm rights issue wont be at this price trust me, it will be at 60/70% discount at least and then it will be a "turn-around" play.Do you trust these clowns?

Sidara is putting in 450 million to satisfy lenders, alternatively bod would be compelled to raise that money through rights issue and that would wipe out shareholders at this price.So for shareholders it is 35p or 0.

James I agree with most of your assesment.Lets see what tomorrow brings.I am on sidelines here but might take a position tomorrow.

But I dont how would it work.They are injecting 450 million cash into buisness and taking on 1.1 billion debt plus 35 p offer.Total cost to them is 1.8 billion.I cant work out what is happening at the mintue, ideally these shares should have hit 30 yesterday.If Sidara walks away these shares are worthless

I would not worry about Luca,his investment decisions are based on his personal opinions,wonder what is coming next,he likes to shop at "M&S" so he will buy "M&S" shares,his mrs likes doc Martin shoes so he will buy their shares too!

Longfell you do know how PE works, they borrow money to buy companies and sell assets of companies to pay off lenders and pocket the difference.Only works when company is undervalued.Problem with this company is most of assets are intangible and good-will assets, you can sell these assets to raise cash immediately.

Would not surprise me if they delayed a payment to luca's mate and he decided to sell!

He is a fool, who has invested too much and cant accept the loss.Company has breached convenants, there is no money and this fool thinks that lenders will wait till October 2026.But again him and Luca believed that this debt is not secured so company dont have to worry about it.

They have breached convenants, why are they talking to lenders about refinancing.Do you think that lenders would wait for them to say sorry we dont have any money, we will let you know when we have it?
