I thought they were going to be producing from 3. SD-1x (the original discovery in SD), SD-3x and Ibn-Yunus-1x. If it is actually only to be two wells to begin with that explains the rather low production figure of 50mmcf/d but I want to know why they are starting with all three.

That is my assessment also. It could be slightly higher with the additional condensate production SDX are supposedly going to get out of SD. Also US$1m/month doesn't take in to account cost recovery. So it'll be significantly higher than US$1m/month for the first couple of years I am led to believe.

They drop the price, buy up cheap stock and then sell it bank higher later on in the day, pocketing the difference.

Just though I would let you guys know that the sound investment that is UKOG is worth £6m more than SDX at this current moment. Have a nice day (:

Not much going on, Highclere have sold about 0.2%, River and Mercantile have bought nearly another 3%. The board have sold about 0.5% (rats - why aren't you buying more at these stupid prices??).

BMO Global Asset Management, Janus Henderson Investors and Sandbourne Asset Management have disappeared off the list (doesn't mean they've sold everything but they must have sold nearly 2% between them.

Wouldn't stop losses at the same price, for example 33p, have been executed at the same time, rather than over the course of first hour or so? Or perhaps the buying liquidity wasn't there to have them executed?

I know BP have done deals in the past whereby they are paid with a percentage of future production from the sold asset but there must still be money sdx will have to stump up and due to capex needed in SD and Morocco they've got no money to spare for acquisitions. If they are going after the BP deal again there's going to be dilution or debt. It better be a cracker of a deal.

There are definite shenanigans going on here. Just how exactly are sdx going to buy that kind of production? It would be a very large amount of debt or a huge placing. Imagine the dilution at the current price.

A reverse tankeover is what happens when SDX tries to do a reverse takeover and fails and the share price tanks. This is a moot point however as the share price would have gone down on a successful outcome too. The SDX Share Price Paradox.

Someone is obviously buying those shares though. You can't just sell shares in to the ether though. Every sell comes with a corresponding buy.

Whatever happens, if the TSX-delist goes ahead after a vote then I think you will see MEA increase their holdings. Perhaps not up to 29.999% but definitely they will buy more. They bought as many as they could previously and given the dirt cheap price currently on offer I am sure they'll buy more. Maybe Ignalls will too. This *should* make the share price go up a bit, but if they really want those shares on the cheap, maybe it won't.

A lot of holders are probably getting bored/frustrated here and if MEA (SDX SPV Ltd) were to get their hands on another 10% of the company they would require between 36-45% of the remaining votes to secure a takeover offer. If the takeover party is bigger than just MEA then even less votes will be required. I'd wager a LOT of people would elect to sell for say 80p-100p if such an offer was made and they may well get enough votes to take the company private. If that didn't work, they might well offer a bit more until more people said yes.

Who really knows what is going on with the TSX-delist, but I personally don't believe it's been done to reduce costs. I believe it's either to allow a takeover by one/more of the major holders or to allow aforementioned major holder(s) to acquire more than 20% of the company without having to issue takeover bid. MEA (SDX SPV limited) have a person on the board and just under 20% of the company so who knows what agenda they are pursuing.
