HL has stated to me that as the holding is overseas it takes longer for it to be received from the company and then applied to clients accounts. Expect payment within 3 to 5 working days as long as there a no delays on the receival of the money by the company.

I think they planned to use up all the allotted time stated to pay the dividend, it's a shame they didn't confirm earlier the ex and payment dates though,

That being said, maybe they planned it so that LTSH had the opportunity to average down while the price was low!!! I certainly did! (nah maybe too much credit to the BOD!!!).

The div is projected to be paid out on the 14th of June 2023, which means your broker will receive the money in their account on said date, after that, it will be in the hands of the broker on how long it takes for them to distribute the money into your account.

If AMC delist and returns the remaining cash to Shareholders we get

Apologies should have been clearer in my message.

6 months from the sale of the asset to finalise an RTO (6th March to 6th September).

If no RTO by 6th September, they will either need to relist as an investment company, failing that, they will suspend trading on AIM. If they are still in suspension (as in, they haven’t found a suitable RTO or relist as an investment company) they will be delisted. Therefore, they could still be around until Feb 2024 (some would say RY will still be boiling the gravy train).

That’s my reading, obviously, I am reading this wrong!!

Where did you get this information from? It's not correct.

They have a further 3 months to sort out an RTO or they will either have to relist as an investment company (AIM Rule 8) or suspend. Further, 6 months to sort out an RTO.

I plan to sit on the shares after the div but will not add and tie up cash until more is revealed. In my opinion a completion of a RTO is few months away. They still need to find one, get shareholder approval, do their due diligence, negotiate, draft terms and conditions..... All this while the shares and my cash is in suspension through AIM rules or choice.

I guess, it all depends on whether one has used up the ISA allowance for the previous and current years, also, one strategy would be to use the ISA for shares that pay out dividends yearly.

Based on what you have said, 5 weeks is more reasonable. Therefore, potentially the latest ex-divi date is 8th May?
