If this is a long-term investment for you then maybe stop checking every week/days; trust in your research, and trust in the company. I don’t expect TM1 to check the SP performance every week, and I wouldn’t want them to either, the TM1 team should be concentrating on achieving their long-term strategy and if they do that the SP will reflect the potential that we investors see.

PS: I know it's easy to keep checking the SP performance every day and get fixated on it, and in some instances, there is good reason to do this, however, I think TM1 needs our patience.

PPS: for the brave, the drops are opportunities to add?

Come on guys you should have enough experience by now, this is AIM words such as ‘soon’ and ‘immediately’ have different meanings to us ‘normal’ folk!!

To help the less experienced:

‘Soon’ could mean 10 days, if the stars align to 365 days

‘Immediately’ could mean 1 day, in your dreams to 182 days.

‘forthwith’ = ‘Immediately’

‘Shortly’ = ‘Soon’

‘Near Term’ = ‘Soon’ + ‘Immediately’

Mean Dad: ‘In a twinkling’

What Dad really means is: ‘Soon’ + ‘Immediately’ * 100.

GB I am only speculating , the pre war offer of around 100m was in Jan 2022 , at that time they where negotiating, the negotiations dragged on and the war started. I suspect if the war didn't start the deal would have been your bog standard one time payment affair.

Fair comment geng, they do explain the extraordinary cost incurred in 2022. Whether you can extrapolate that across 2023 ? not sure, They do state in their recent ast rns that they have approx 5m I think is a closer amount, they wouldn't rns such a blatant lie? As usual with AMC ,speculation ...............

I reckon the have around $5m to $6m left.

As of Dec 22 they had $3.4 approx plus whatever left of the sale, which was about $3.3m after div paid out.

pessimistic guess I have of 0.29pps based on the statement made on a recent RNS which stated

"assumption that Amur only has assets of $5,000,000"
