Just a few points of interest I noted : - The company is pretty much brexit-proof. - There is a significant competitor ( http://www.poletowininternational.com/ ), but that seems to be regarded as reassuring, rather than a threat. - Virtual Reality is the next big thing, and should provide new opportunities for KWS.

Up ~18% in a week. Anyone have any ideas why?

Thanks, jupiternmars. Yes, well worth a listen. I was in this ages ago, but got out with a small profit when it all seemed to be going downhill. On the face of it, things are improving now, with Trevor Brown sounding quite upbeat in the interview : "We're lean and mean, I hope, I think." So I dipped my toe back in a couple of weeks ago; just 9800 @ 6p, all I could get at that price. I may add more later, but it's such an illiquid share it's a matter of spotting the rare opportunities for a bargain.

Well done 4kandles, 20% profit in a week isn't bad at all! But I wonder if there may be more upside imminent - lots of large round-number buys today.

I think the fundraising might have just squeezed in to that accounting period. The "Results of Open Offer" RNS was on 31st March, and the new shares appeared in my account on 1st April.

Not sure what to make of that. Any thoughts?

I suppose the reason for the delay in the results could be either bad or good. Possible bad reason : repeat of problems getting auditors to sign off. Possible good reason : they're busy revaluing the assets based on the post-brexit weakened pound. Anyway, I've risked using today's dip to add 20k shares @ 10.75p. GLA

All very quiet here recently. Mr Turcan (of Henderson) has now been on the board for a couple of weeks, so let's hope he's busy coming up with some sort of plan of action, whatever that might turn out to be.
