Adam Davidson, CEO of Trident Royalties, discusses offtake milestones and catalysts to boost FY24. Watch the video here.
OoL, Greetings trusty Tonto to Ella's Lone Ranger.
Perfect timing. The Lone Ranger was running on fumes there.
Anyhow I'm done for today.
Yours is a repeat showing of prior material, rehashed old stories and inventive problems.
Ella,
The implication to me is that Ctrl - H is the best way to find and replace a word in a document.
A JV is in the offing, how on earth could you say IF. Completion is an IF.
I see you persist with your Zamsort angle ignoring everything that has been said by the company, ignoring everything on the Zam mining cadestre and then ignore the fact you have absolutely nothing to back up your assertion that a clarification is required at all.
There is nothing to show that Zamsort contains anymore than the 8km sq Kalaba SML. For the company to issue a statement to deny that because you have made up a story would be incredulous.
Do you have anything at all to back up your story? We have discussed the analyst error and website updating.
Anything else? Or is it just because you have come up with a story, a narrative that fits a need.
Ella,
So in summary the implication is that low and behold the JV will need a find and replace Zamsort for Handa.
Is that the big reveal?
Send three and fourpence we are going to a dance.
So did they say Arc had lost or divested itself of some LEL assets?
Or
Did you read the note and find something that you could write up to create some doubt?
We all have biases, it is human nature, you go a little too far.
The removal of Zamsort from the website is quite recent, note it is replaced with a generic 'Zambian' rather than 'Zamsort'.
Zamsort hasn't been on the mining cadestre for months now. To be fair to the nomad Arc didn't update their website until after the note had gone out, so the analyst can be forgiven.
Perhaps your comments were the catalyst for the change of website - nicely done.
You really have nothing at all to indicate any loss of LEL do you?
Arc retains all LELs. Do you have anything to show otherwise? Other than reading between the lines and entering your own narrative?
The arc website hasn't been fully updated although references to Zamsort have been removed, the zam mining cadestre hasn't been fully updated for reasons we all know about. Yes they still show as Afrimin, Handa and Zaco - all of which are Arc's licences.
Either you believe on balance of probability that Arc own all the same licences in the same % holding as they have for years or without any information whatsoever you believe that has somehow changed.
The SML referred to in the settlement is the only change.
Can you refer to any information re the licences, that have been owned by arc for years, have somehow changed hands?
I know you can't because there is nothing - other than finding white space between words and filling with your own narrative.
Some of your comments can be bearable, but sometimes you try too hard.
Ella still trying to find gaps in sentences - it's really cringeworthy.
Oh well onwards we go - slow and steady and then just you watch as we go fast forward to JV
If JV is not announced in the next few weeks I'll be amazed.....but then I thought that this time last year :-)
Indeed there are literally no other dots are there. NvS just thought - I fancy a meeting with the Minister for no other reason than there had been a change of govt.
Nothing worse than being gaslighted by someone trying to spin the idea that there is nothing to see here move along.
https://miningforzambia.com/zambia-chamber-mines-president-lays-minings-biggest-challenges/
"Hot on the heels of the latest Zambia Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (ZEITI) report, which illustrates how significant the mining sector’s contribution is, President of the Zambia Chamber of Mines Dr Godwin Beene sets out what’s necessary for a mining breakthrough – and the realisation of the New Dawn Government’s stated goal of tripling copper production."
The size of opportunity in Labrador is out of kilter with the size of the company. The market is looking at this and just sees raise after raise after raise. However we all know the board and existing shareholders are well connected and will be able to leverage value from the range of opportunities.
Travelcard - you are way off on this one. Did you read the asx rns?
It is brazen fraud - out in the open - argo getting stabbed in the front.
If HH doesn't get a grip on this their reputation will be in the mud.
Hi Ella,
Yes I do and the company behind it.
Our next but one neighbour to the east:

Their SP has reacted accordingly. If you believe in HH and Zambian justice then this might be an opportunity and informative to our own circumstance.
I wonder who the minister was planning to sell the LEL to?
Ella10 - Are you implying a deal has been done with MM? Or just imagining one might be done? or thinking that negotiations have taken place? If was trying to connect your dots I'd get a bag of spanners. Please help spell it out if you have something to say.
He stated:
'Understand from sources close to the company #ARCM would never do a deal with MM.'
Re Ruffles- No one has a monopoly on the truth, least of all you. I'm sure NvS would do a deal with MM if it was for the best, however given how MM and Co have conducted themselves it seems less and less likely and the waiting will go on. For now.
Hi Ella,
Stop trolling. We are not stupid and have access to all the historic drilling across the licences.
You know as well that you one liner is not the full picture.
If you wish to be taken seriously then consider being more considered.
Neo,
Yes they (Nick & Remy) were rather optimistic weren't they. Not knowing about the incoming bullshillery probably helped with the optimism.
Not sure it was peak trolling though. They would have needed to know what was coming down the line and if they did then it is far more than trolling.
Ella10,
Is this what peak trolling looks like?
Can you go any higher?
Christmas Party money.
That is a very good read. Recommended for all Cu junkies
Mischief indeed.
Translation shows the landowner representative applied to the mining agency to presumably access information about the licence area (reasonable). The mining agency stated that the representative did not provide proof of id and was asked to re-apply with proof .
I am no expert in Portuguese but there was not really any room for a different interpretation about the notice on the ANM.
all the best
Using $160 all in per tonne at a run rate of the TM licence 300k tonnes pa the FCF post tax is $12m (Inclusive of expending $9.5m capex in the first year to get the DSO operation going)
Pre Tax is $17.5m and excluding the capex is $27m.
Therefore Year 2 post tax FCF $22m still only using 300k tonnes pa
This is from the model used in the Q1 PEA economics - quite detailed running costs. I have shared this as a file before so I just need to plug in different numbers. $160 / tonne seems a reasonable figure.
I guess we all hope (I expect) the DFS is focused on the total MRE, with TIO and V2 exploited in some form.
The cash from the TM will fund the DFS implementation to an extent.
Getting the balance right at this stage between capex, funding and NPV is the name of the game.
Capex for tio exploitation is generally quite high (bring on fedore) capex is high but highly economic.
