Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
Yes agreed there are helpful people out there with different backgrounds that help 'us' pull things together.
I already nag/nudge Dcat on twitter from time to time :-)
cheers
Been giving some more thought to an NPV model for the Q2 update (dcat has an early draft of this)
If it is intended to process the VTM through to FE0, V2o5 & tio2 then there is going to be a chunky capital requirement. In theory this should be worthwhile. ie Improve the NPV.
Anyone have a clue how much capex might be involved?
Given the metallurgy is looking good for magnetic separation this could be estimated but what process would be used to extract the tio from the remaining non magnetite ore? Fedore may help with this, new lower temperature process.
And would JAN also process the v2o5 feo2 concentrate into V205 and fe? Again Fedore could help with this.
It would be good to get a baseline estimate for the capex costs for different scenarios.
It is a bit easier to get a handle on operating costs per tonne as their are similar operations around - I used $114 per tonne for Opex.
Anyone interested in this or is it a bit too much research?
With the focus on near term cash generation.....lubo coking coal project is the key to unlock the 2moz.
We are expecting updates on that soon I believe.
I've sent this email to the company - no reply. I have sent other emails no reply.
Anyone hereabouts that could answer or pass on to a responsive email account.
Many thanks

I do realise JAN is at an early stage still with its project but I am working on a PFS model based on a higher resource and credits for TIO. It will be inaccurate of course but over time as more information is released to the market it should stand me in good stead to interpret the new information as it relates to the economics of any proposed capital investment. I am also casting around for comparable projects that are more advanced with PFS or DFS such as Largo, Bushveld and Australian Vanadium.
To that end I have these questions: (Which I hope are not sensitive but explanatory in nature)
1 Roughly what is the split between magnetite (Iron bearing) and non-magnetite (TIO bearing) at Pitombeiras?
a. I am just trying to work out from the mineral resource estimate how much Iron and Titanium oxides are present.
2 The %s listed on the recent assay results indicate a % FEO2 and % TIO3. My assumption is that the %s can be applied to the ore as it relates to the proportion of Magnetite and Non-Magnetite. Is that correct?
3 Has any analysis been completed to indicate if the majority (all) of V2O5 is located in the magnetite?
I hope the questions are not too clumsy and you get the gist of what I am trying to identify.

Not sure what people were expecting, the drills only went 10m deep - albeit a lot of them. It looks to me that this was more of a pathfinder exercise to identify RC targets using the trace elements. The RNS that will actually mean something is the one when the IAMGOLD geologists ask for the funding for the next payment
For sale - some excellent copper assets in Zambia. Contact ARCM - ask for Remy or Nick.
Cheers
:-)
PS. Happy to swap your shares for ours, let's thrash out a deal.
How about 1 anglo share for every 26 arc ..... Arc becomes subsid of Anglo. Tidy. We get Anglo shares.
Seems fair value to me..... well maybe a little optimistic but hey it would help manage the CGT over time for some.
With Copper racing along - for good reason - they may actually be able to pull off a debt funding with a small equity piece. I was surprised by the £2m 8% debt funding - it is a tad risky, but also unsecured which is really quite remarkable.
Many thanks
Just watched the meeting, read a lot of reports, a few hours worth. Checked the NPV model. All looks good.
Where is the money going to come from for the mine build?
Equity, Debt, OffTake combination no doubt. Who is working on this and what if any discussions have taken place?
Anyone know anything about this aspect?
(64,000 $ question)
Cheers
(also the 1% explored thing is a bit of a red herring - you definitely can't infer a 100x uprate in reserves)
Grades were from surface I recall - so probably chalcopyrite. It can and generally does give high grades but not much tonnage in total. I would be happier with a big porphyry at 0.5%. Probably better copper plays out there. They still have a few spins of the drill in them and Zambia and the other one in OZ (can't recall the name)
You don't do DD unless you are progressing something. Reasonable to caveat the progress.
Is this going to be a Strap In or a Strap On situation?
Feels like this is ready to make a move.

A Ford spokeswoman told Fox News Autos that there’s a camera to the left of the buttons, while the one on the right and the door are sensors that use invisible infrared light to see through sunglasses to make sure your eyes are open
Anyone know what IP RMS owns or has rights to use in relation to the method of using the copper ions to kill the virus in a mask?

Interesting reading.
Has there been any further discussions on this RNS dated 8th September?
I know Qualcomm and SEE announced on 14th Sept the launch on snapdragon and so I thought the RNS of the 8th related to the RNS of the 14th.
But then again. SEE made no mention and referred us back to January for the Qualcomm announcement.
Micron Inc have a deal with Qualcomm. Micron provide memory for automotive to Qualcomm. Micron is a global semiconductor company.

So I'm just wondering what others hereabouts think about who the MoU is with.
Cheers
All announced same day. Aggregate 19.6%. Aussie takeover rules kick in @ 19.99%.
Are these people connected?
Time will tell.
Jimbo
I think they just sent a message to Xilinx, Qualcomm, Veoneer and anyone else with a billion or three in cash......
Seeing are totally owning the tech stack for the future of motoring. £100m you are having larf
Of course Freetrade - my son mentioned SEE had been listed there with the description something like:
making bladerunner a reality
That explains all the small trades. It is free to trade on freetrade.
