RE: Kwarteng the Greaseball knows SUPPLY CRUNCH looms3 Jan 2022 22:03
Tigger - you insult SHs intelligence if you consider them so gullible that they believe every word that I or any other regular forumite consistently posts in similar vein (I could easily name a dozen).
And my refusing to be sucked into micro debate about technical issues deliberately argued out of proper context by deramping canaries in not avoiding questions - it's called wisdom!
Judge Zacaroli was not expert re technicals. He did not need to be. Neither am I. But he was expert on fundamentals - he could read, add up and apply common sense. That is all one needs to be and do. And also me, and other posters
So you can forget about using those 2 old pony arguments - persist and the forum collectively will consider you a fool (you are half way there already, by the way)
You correctly state no BW deal has been struck. So what is your point, save to infer that one may not be struck? None at all, save malice. The BW boss was so disgusted at HUR's false evidence that he contacted RB of CA directly mid-hearing to state that BW had made plain to HUR that BW were eager to negotiate an extension but had been blanked by HUR, and remained so. Further, that BW did not object to CA making this known to the judge. In light of this, and also BW having their own bonds to meet and being substantially reliant on continued HUR income ( an unchanged situation), only a fool would seriously posit that a BW deal will not occur. The only conceivable way this will not occur would be if Maris & Chaffe deliberately sabotage negotiations. Given the scrutiny they are under from the NEDs & CA, I see no way they would succeed in this - it would destroy their already tarnished reputations.
I have at no time stated that a deal with BW is in place. So your currency is falsehood
Your posts have displayed to the forum that not only are you a crap researcher posting drivel - but that you are nasty with it.
Do continue showing yourself to be a fool
