cat5 - will be announced up to 8 weeks after we know in reality they do have bond cash. i reckon by end jan with oil in AM will have it, but offload not for a month to 5 weeks later, and then 2-3 weeks more before announce, which takes us to mid-end march. so do all agree with cat's suggestion ,for simplicity? or any better suggestions?

Rog - quite agree. whilst production and brent price have been and remain key essentials from which all else flows till bond money secure, time approaches for BW to pressure for BW deal and SHs in jan to pressure for investigation update. a small concerted email barrage early-mid jan is likely best tactic. whilst all SHs are aware BoD political problems this may be causing, a progress report is reasonably due - even if only to say 'still in progress'

now bond buy-back principal firmly established and made public that HUR will buy back any bonds offered to them, i expect CA's next target will be pressure to conclude BW deal. espec as free cash position continues radical improvement
