I have sent the below email. I do not expect to receive a response. I have sent it so that when I write to the Judge prior to 9 June (for the 21 June Sanction Hearing), I am able to state, inter alia, that the information regarding these significant costs was requested and no response received:-

'SUBJECT: RESTRUCTURING PLAN - MATERIAL PROFESSIONAL FEES COSTS - REQUEST FOR INFORMATION
Dear Board Member
I am along term shareholder. I have instructed my broker to vote my shares against the Restructuring Proposal to be voted on at the 11 June Shareholder Plan Meeting. Kindly provide me with, as soon as possible, the following:-

1.
The approximate quantum of ALL material fees expended in relation to the proposed restructuring Plan. That sum to include, inter alia, all financial, legal & other advisor costs, Ad Hoc Committee underwriting costs, recent CPR costs, RNS costs etc. In other words, EACH & EVERY cost incurred (and still to be incurred) in relation tot the Restructuring Plan, should the Plan succeed in being being approved and implemented.

Please provide this information speedily. I wish to file objections to the Plan to the Court by 9 June 2021, and wish to include the information requested.

FWIW - whereas I may be wholly wrong, my instinct and view is that conspiracy and fraud has occurred. Were I the SFO, I would want to look at ALL Ad Hoc Committee members - Hurr BoD email communications

Bora has a task ahead. You know your posts. Would help if you scanned through and posted brief date list of those you feel may help him most . He can view by clicking on your user name for thread history or trawling back, then extract points he feels most valid. And a bullet list of no more than 8 major points u consider valid he can try and figure his own structure out from.

You and wife treat it like a days work BEFORE Tues eg Sund or Mond- only way to do it properly
Bora - (your task being not to prove fraud, but to persuade SFO it is worth them having a look). I would
(i) read CA RNSs and last couple company reports wherein CA detail communication breakdown and letters etc unanswered. This behaviour + CA requesting EGM is good indicator
(ii) Judge 21.5.21 ordering shareholder plan meeting is good indicator
(iii) FCA writing to Hurr for explanations & documents prior to considering if formal investigation is merited is good indicator
(iv) disparity between 2017 & 2012 CPRs is good indicator
(v) divergence between what Hur wrote re 'forward plan(dumped) and as late as Jan 21 upbeat re valuable assets, oil price recovery etc, and the sudden dramatic 95% dilution 'Plan. Also now clear that 'Plan has been developed over at least last 9 months.
Ask SFO for email you can scan docs to so they may get a 'feel' - CA stuff, court order, Hurr RNSs/statements, forum posts (some beauties) - my point being an SFO officer reading stuff for 60 - 120 mins is only way to get a 'feel' as to whether merits a deeper dig. No one is eloquent to persuade them within a phone conversation
