Exceptional post - have emailed copy to CA as point Counsel may wish to utilise 21-23 June
Tomorrow - can someone ask this question if poss - can email Hurr for it to be read and answered by Chair, or for permission to ask in person if attending by phone (see HUR RNS re Shareholder Meeting), or can write question during Meeting itself. Comes down to if Hurr choose it. Mine has already been chosen so not allowed ask another
Question:-
' 10 June 'Operational Update' RNS gave May 2021 average daily oil production figure of 11,370 bpd. In the proposed Restructuring Plan, what were the May 2021 average daily oil production and oil price estimates?'
The point of the question being that the HUR May 2021 projections will have been significantly lower for both production and POO. For openness and comparison these figures should have been included in the RNS. Had they been included in the RNS for comparison purposes the SP would have risen a chunk today. They were deliberately excluded. Had production and POO been LESS than HUR projections. the figures would categorically HAVE been included
