i could direct you to other quotes in the Judgement which place your selection in proper context. and to those statements in the evidence which show precisely what HUR argued

CA showed at Hearing (and Judgey accepted) that on corrupt HUR BoDs own figures. oil at $62 till July 22 (bond repayment date) would leave HUR shy of only $10-$20 mill of $230 mill bond debt sum. A deficit which HUR could borrow on open market in an instant (given 22 months further production value circa $300 mill still in ground post July22)
so HUR safe as bug in a blanket all day long if POO at $62.

The greatest unknown and biggest possible gem, which will not be addressed for a long time due to other priorities, being how accurate was HUR internal review and 2nd CPR. Sad that the biggest question has been caused by a BoD causing all trust in it to fail. And that it is likely to be a question left long unaddressed
