Venture Global produces and sells LNG. But not commercially. It says. So it can sell LNG on the spot market instead of honouring its contracts to Shell and Galp etc at much lower prices. Because while it makes and sells LNG it doesn't do so.... commercially. Yeah. Your guess is as good as mine but I guess a court will decide.

My opinion is AKHM's. Chances of trial success getting on towards 100%. Whether that leads to a commercial contract is far less certain. And I'll add another factor....*when*.
