Don't even think about that, for better or worse it will absolutely never happen. You don't need a telegram group (didn't know there was one) you need an EGM and shareholder supermajority to force that. If you don't have one you're just screaming at clouds.

I think also, that when an RNS says "expected" shareholders should understand that the secret meaning is ...."expected". Not "I personally guarantee you this will definitely definitely happen no matter what"

On these volumes I would completely discount anything less than say a 40% rise in one day. It's down to a nominal 12% rise. The share price is broadly flat. There no pumping, no dumping, no leaking of negative news, no leaking of positive news. Just small buys and sells making the share price move wildly on ultra low volume.

No. It was obviously scheduled to start at a certain date and that schedule changed. If you're going to press another person into committing to a future even beyond scheduling it with a third party, you're going to have quite a hard time

Also the problem with the share price isn't the share price per se it's that's based on current information very few people want to sell the shares that they have or buying new shares either again or for the first time and so the market for the share is essentially dead and waiting to die, and that's also the reason for its inexorable slip downwards. Value be damned, there's no value in a company that produces a product that nobody has expressed an interest in buying yet. But even if they were there are few and far between who bought even as little as a few months ago who would sell.
