I didn't read anything particularly negative or positive from either RNS. Things are the same today as they were yesterday. I wish things were different, although I'm not overly worried either. It's a spectacular buy at this price though.

Not true. Depends on the type of employee. If it's mainly board members and senior petroleum engineers, it may very well be justified.
