For what it's worth the share price is up 5% over the last week, 6% over the last month, 114% over the last 6 months, and 64% over the last year. Some people say it's heading towards 1p but they went to a different maths class than I did.

Yeah it's a weird one. Don't think there are any buyers or sellers. With any buyers I think the price would snap up because I don't believe there's much stomach to sell.

I think "with the lawyers" is a very good thing - it's legal technicalities not broad strokes at this stage.

Impact isn't beyond the realm of possibility, but on balance no because it wasn't happening in mid December.

I'm certainly not 100% sure but I don't believe that's true. Certainly NDAs have the capacity to affect MAR - market sensitive information can be selectively released under cover of an NDA and usually companies can delay the release of market sensitive information per their requirement as long as it isn't selectively released.
