Agreed Toby, perhaps I should've said "expect".
I also disagree with my previous assessment when I said it would be better to keep quiet about timelines than be proven wrong. I don't think he's able to do that either - for him to say he has no idea when the contract will be signed would just be a lie. He has to be honest and say what he thinks. And the reality is, we have never been in control of timelines and probably never will. Further, I don't think he knows more than we do - "with the lawyers" can mean many things, no one knows precisely what they're discussing. Indeed, the paperwork might not have been looked at yet, it may be in a to do pile. It's all just guesswork. So when people blame Jason I think it's just easy pickings because in actuality it may be no one's fault.
