The difference between ITM and PHE is that ITM actually produce hydrogen and have done so for years.
Going back to an earlier comment you made: " no company would publish such data for perusal by the general public and potential competitors", it is suggested that you review the actual scientific/operational material provided by ITM, in full view of the general public and all actual competitors. As I pointed out, milestones are announced regularly by companies with something tangible to offer which can be reviewed and analysed, unlike PHE which is vague and open to any interpretation - there is absolutely zero verifiable proof that they can do what they claim imo.
And as for Toyota investing £15 million in PHE (double current market cap) the share price would indicate otherwise.
Finally, you might like to do a little research on the incorporation of wind and solar energy by ITM before suggesting that PHE are the only company to offer a "green" solution, which they can't even get off the drawing board let alone into production.
