In isolation there isn't a problem, it is the chemical reaction with various elements .of the feedstock which cause degredation of the ceramic - check the research and ask yourself why not one single company is considering using ceramic in this way: if it worked, wouldn't everyone be using it - it isn't patented, after all?

If you care to research the physical properties of ceramic you will find that it becomes unstable above a certain temperature, ergo "snap, crackle, and pop!"

has the fact that legacy banks don't actually hold physical gold been overlooked? The mere fact that Goldbloc2 actually holds physical gold in secure storage, with access via the debit card, will not require a huge marketing effort to gain clients with substantial holdings, imo.

It's not about "wishing it to fail" but rather seeking hard evidence that the system can actually do as is proclaimed. By the Company's own admission the system has been turned on and off constantly to gather data - hardly working hard for 15 months, is it? The production of hydrogen and powering a micro grid mean absolutely nothing without an indication of the duration - powering for 10 minutes on a test is not the same as continuously for 24 hours etc.

There is a reason for the paucity of factual information and it has nothing to do with "potential competitors" imho.

Agreed, if they can get the ceramic to perform outwith its physical limitations, it will indeed be amazing.

What an interesting perspective, Piltick, but I'm finding it nigh on impossible to find examples of companies across all sectors refusing to publish updated data for fear of potential competitors, let alone actual competitors: take pharmaceuticals, for example, where actual competitors abound, trial results are constantly released on novel formulations.

Unlike yourself, my conclusion is that even basic longevity milestones have singularly failed to be attained, and that a 365 days a year operational system is but an unrealisable concept. Do you not find it surprising that after discussions and sharing data with multiple alledged national and international companies not one has placed a firm order nor licensed the unpatented technology?

I'm sure that you won't raise the "copyright" on "DMG" as a redeeming feature as any potential competitor would just call the process by a different term.

With EQT now having a "clean slate" and cash-in-hand, the BTC deal has been substantially derisked, quite probably enabling contracts to be upgraded from MOUs sooner rather than later imo.

How likely is it Ebioss/BTC will want to continue holding 50.02% of the enlarged shares issued going forward?

If one believes Railsbank, the Goldbloc launch has already happened, and as such Mr Parry has satisfied the Q2 launch statement. It might be argued that it was only a "soft launch" but that is irrelevant to the fact that it was launched. A "hard launch" for retail customers can happen at anytime going forward without the current misinformation about delays imo.

As to funding, Mr Parry has the option of calling-in the Warrants (circa £750,000 to the Company) and or seeking commercial funds at a better rate.
