CF73 thank you for the reply.
Having read my message to you again and following a recalculation, would an offer for 100% of NCCL in the range of USD 400 million to USD 600 million from GE/CMEC appear reasonable? I still firmly believe that as long as NCCL hold a position in the venture it is an added complication to both increasing production at Ncondezi and progressing quickly towards 1800MW capacity - which would be easier and faster, for example, GE contributing USD 30 million, CMEC USD 30 million, leaving NCCL to find USD 40 million, or GE and CMEC each contributing USD 50 million, on a USD 100 million expansion of mining?
Is there any logical, business, or economic reason not to make NCCL a 100% owned subsidiary of the GE/CMEC partnership going forward?
