Just giving you facts, and you might like to check the percentage holdings too: Ebioss pre issue held approximately 800m shares (50% 0f 1582m) After issue there will be 1790m in issue, which is not the 37% claimed over there. (I did state that I wouldn't be posting there, but not that I would refrain from posting)

EQT is intrinsically an excellent company with huge potential imo.

The problem with any and all RNS is what is excluded. Without seeing the actual contractual terms (highly unlikely) the best one can do is suggest viable possibilities, until further details are announced.

As for Ebioss being out of EQT, they still have the right to nominate a director after the current placing until such time that their holding is below a prescribed level - it's all in the listing document (overlooked by the AIMs? My preference is failure to understand.)

By way of example. both AIMs were stating that the BTC RNS meant a failed fund-raise in the US, whereas it was in fact a regulatory filing notifiying current subscription levels. I did post the relevant links to substantiate this.

I read all of your posts and AIMOracle's stating for a "fact" RNS Friday am. When it didn't appear, there was a mighty back-peddle to after hours Friday, then Monday or early next week.

Had you read and understood the listing document you would be aware that Ebioss still have considerable input into EQT..... but why let facts detract from the waffle?

There is no mention of "Off-market" transactions, say between them and another institution, who won't then be bound by the terms!
