Is there any kind of link here as the tensions between Uganda and Kenya were relaxed on mutual agreement yesterday and this also coincides with his appointment and he has worked for both Shell and Tullow ?

Block Listing Application





A block listing application has been made for 16,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List; the FCA and the Official List of Euronext Dublin, and an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and Euronext Dublin for trading on their respective main markets.

The new ordinary shares will be issued from time to time to satisfy the issue of shares pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Employee Share Award Plan and the Tullow Incentive Plan.

It is expected that admission will become effective on May 3rd 2022. The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.
