BR - my thoughts are that Tullow are still being played by the shorters and the share price is being played down as the legacy issues of tullow still remains and until the market sees value this will continue to be the case.
LTH’s will only get value when this hopefully re-rates, but the day traders are continuously pulling value out of this stock, as a LTH it does make me feel the daily trade is the only way to make any value here at the moment
Eagernome - in the words of Bailiff, your a womble, go and collect some trash off Wimbledon Common you doughnut
Bailiff - my question is, how much good news does tullow need, it certainly seems that any good news is always frowned upon by the markets, the share price is where it was 4 months ago.
I need tullow to give ME some of the faith back, I’ve given it and start rewarding pretty soon please.
The markets don’t seem to have reacted badly so far on the share price opening - I don’t know how to read this one, slowly creaping up past 0.56p
Sorry guys, I don’t like the sound of this
Under the terms of the Combination, each Capricorn Shareholder will be entitled to receive:
for each Capricorn Share: 3.8068 New Tullow Shares
On completion of the Combination, Capricorn Shareholders will hold approximately 47 per cent. of the Combined Group and Tullow Shareholders will hold approximately 53 per cent. of the Combined Group (based on the fully diluted share capital of Capricorn and the fully diluted share capital of Tullow, in each case as at the date of this Announcement).
I’m a little confused about this, can’t figure out which way the pendulum will swing, as whatever TULLOW does historically, it’s been received by the markets like a damp squib - any thoughts, or is it just suck it and see
Antonvb - We do, but boys will be boys :)
Latpulldown - I had Friday afternoon team and sandwiches at Gotham in Manchester then settled down in the VIP lounge (comfy seats) to watch TOP GUN - I must say after a drought of good movies over the past few years, this was well worth waiting for, and even the missus was impressed.
Boooom - Mach 10
BumBum - 57.59 have you sold
BumBum - “Great balls of fire”
Lpd - “Bull—- you can be mine!”
I wondered how long it was going to take you to twigg - well done - have a great evening, will be watching myself shortly.
Latpulldown- “I can see it’s dangerous for you, but if the government trusts me, maybe you could?
Latpulldown - how does the film end?
And please don’t tell me “ It’s classified, I could tell you but then I’d have to kill you”
Persiantrader - so putting Kenya completely to one side, are we actually saying that the only thing that could possibly hold Tullow back now is a worldwide complete ban on oil production - which obviously isn’t going to happen.
When will we / can we expect to see this move upwards
Fantastic that this has been published in the public domain, let’s hope it gets some wider attention from both institutional and private investors alike.
Any ideas of avenues to get distributed to ?
Ronan - spell check, you just gotta love it
Eagernome - I think the ballbag scratching sucking lowlife has crawled yet again from under his stone to share with us all his pearls of wisdom for no material gain of his own, what a caring sharing guy you are.
11 posts to date and all depressingly boring - yawn
In the words of Roman Keating - “ you say it best, when you say nothing at all”
And before you can even come back with a Roman special, I’ll take this one from you “life is a roller coaster and I’m just gonna ride it”

Can’t say I’m looking forward to tomorrow, especially as after the close today, Google says a near 2% drop on the day.
I think 0.60p is optimistic, and not losing my shirt would be a result
Hi Adieuk - I too have noticed these and to me they just don’t add up, if you look at the trade price (especially yesterday) that the shares went through at, largely they are all in excess of the closing price, what would be the point of someone doing this or are they missed trades during the day being swept up and accounted for at the end of the day - all a bit curious
