So we’re in for a bumpy down ride day today.

Well, tullow continues to fail in surprising me:(

Is it me or is the share price unusually flat today, I know Google is maybe a little bit wonky today, but I have never seen tullow on a rather consistent flatline with very minimal change in the share price?

And over 1 year were over 10000% up, I think I may consider retirement in the Bahamas:)

PGee - thank you, this confirms my sanity is probably no weaker than the next person, I thought I was losing my mind, or was that actually the last time I topped up on these shares at 0.48p a few weeks ago

I’m struggling to understand all the broker ratings, as the last time we had a rating below 0.60p was October 2021, with the latest and most others well above this figure and currently 0.95p - can anyone enlighten me ?

BR - I love your optimism, but I can’t say I have the same sentiments, even after nearly every star has aligned for Tullow it still disappoints.

Optimism - is what the market needs, not just us mere mortals, until then I’m afraid the only way you will not be disappointed is to have no expectations:(

Changing the BOD is like changing the party in the government, same old same old, you can make the biggest difference when a business is on the floor, when a business is building tough strategic decisions needs to be made and not everyone will like it and all the strategies take time to slot into place and to start making a big enough difference for the markets to appreciate. In addition the overall climate needs to be ideal and at the moment the world is in a problematic state which really does not help our case, even if oil is high we can not climb further, go figure it.

At the moment the only markets that like us is the market makers, why, because they can make money out of us on a daily basis and we’re just passengers on the bus being subjected to a bumpy ride with an unclear final destination and the bell to get off just doesn’t work.

Yes we need good news, but by god it needs to be something spectacular to break these suppressive shackles

Very frustrating, I’ve wasted too much time, which I can never buy back, I never want any more RNS, HYR or FYR’s from Tullow (unless they can inspire us) as they always drive the share price down - no news is good news as this way it doesn’t spoil my day.

Today was like waiting for my new car to be delivered, only to find out they messed up the order, and delivered a dog poo brown colour with brown velour trim which no one will ever want to buy off you in the future and you are ashamed to be ever seen driving.

Well I’m afraid my predictions for the HYR were correct, a damp Squib and we’ve opened flat.

I must say I’m not disappointed, how can I be when this is what I expected :(

Well, hey ho, tomorrows another day, but I’m sure we won’t be above 0.50p by COB, if we are then that would be a mild result. There’s too much doom and gloom, going on with economy, politics etc. Tullow have not found an underground bunker full of ROLEX SUBMARINERS in place of oil, so tomorrow may well be a damp squib :(

Tomorrow will be an up day initially, then will largely be in line with what we have grown to expect - disappointment that is, if I am incorrect then I for one will be a very happy man - I am unfortunately less giddy by Tullow results lately as this baby keeps taking my pants down and slapping me silly

A month ago we were ranging 0.53 to 0.55p, there’s some work to be done here to even together back to level pegging, I really can’t see a 20% rise as a result of tomorrow, I would dearly love to be wrong, but those in the know would have already triggered the SP rise significantly more today and it’s been rather luke warm so far - here’s hoping from a forever faithful optimistic:)

Get ready for another bumpy landing, I fear !

This is going to need to be a very good HYR tomorrow as there’s lots of doom and gloom to distract from Tullow in the financial news, we’ve been here many times before expecting great things and have been sorely disappointed.

FTSE, Capricorn & Tullow all down today and Dow also closed down, if there was going to be a bounce normally this is reflected in the opening price - hope I’m wrong, not being negative, just looking at the historic patterns of Tullow - I wonder whether we are to get another uninspiring set of results?

- am I in a parallel universe, I am not used to Tullow gaining ground on successive days, surely she’s playing tricks on me, I’m getting withdrawal symptoms from the relentless shell shock, you never know I might be cured and on the road to recovery :)
