I have a few concerns over the HY RESULTS a week today, usually a bit of rally leading up to the day before then results whatever the news the markets beat us up - so in that case the question is - grab and go, or ride that downward slide to see a recovery back to 0.50p again ?

Any thoughts

We’re just small cogs in a big machine, no wait, we’re even smaller than a small cog, probably just a very small ball bearing - tomorrows another day of dancing around 0.50p the clock is ticking to HY results - could go either way - if I was printing gold like there was no tomorrow, I’d be pretty confident that the share prise would rise significantly, but black gold is not very valuable at the moment - oh sorry, I was thinking of Q1 / Q2 2020 - silly me :(

Just the news we needed ahead of the HY results (I’m being Facetious, by the way) - nothing like dropping bad news to dampen any good news about to drop and take away any glory, yet again - this baby has got form, why am I not surprised - puppet masters and puppets spring to mind :(

We’ve opened higher, but overall shares are expected to be hit, this could go either way, especially with the HY results looming - fingers crossed :)

Bailiff - agreed, quite spine tingling and chilling.

We tullow investors are all focussed on making a profit, but in a world where rising costs and depleting fossil fuel what good is profit if people are starving and freezing and in turn the world turns even further into an unpleasant world to be part of - unusual times, I’m sure if we could all solve this sorry state of affairs, I for one would gladly donate all my shares for a solution - sobering:(

What does this little darling have in store for us today ?

Will it be smiles or frowns, riches or rags, let the tullow fun commence :)

Supercharger - I do not wish to pee on your chips or anyone else’s for that matter, the past years tullow results have never been received well and always cause a fall, this is fact, it really does not matter how much money we are making because of the debt and hedging, I may be wrong, and I would be happy to hang from Blackpool tower in my Y fronts being wedgied, I think that would be a small price to pay for plus 0.60p or even at this rate 0.50p for that matter :)

Well, if the vast majority of information is already known and priced in, I can’t really see the HY results yielding any positive ground on the share price, maybe another opportunity for the share price to tank again, let’s face it it’s got form in doing so :(

Another day in sunny tullow paradise - what delights are in store for us today, it’s not started particularly promisingly:(

Now I have a serious predicament- should I call Mike or Fury, which one would give me the very best of beatings - as I do want to get my moneys worth - hmmmm

Leaky bucket, part of the article I could read did not mention that Tullow holds the value of oil like it’s something you wash your lettuce in, you know, that thing that’s full of holes - it really pees me off - just when you think your gonna get off the bus and it zooms past your stop - ding ding - hold tight - pay day is coming - yes sure it is, “NOT” can’t say I’m looking forward to results day, another opportunity for us getting a kicking in the gonads

In fact I feel short changed, I’d much rather have the physical scars of a good beating rather than this virtual daily share thrashing - I’m gonna give Tyson a call and see if he will accommodate my request :)

0.50p share - it’s like watching the rev counter on my car idle, it bobs up and down but always settles around the same old same old figure - yawn

Anton - I get what you say, hindsight is a wonderful thing, INERTIA is eating away at me though, it’s a bit like being on the highest diving board and never taking the leap, what’s the worst that could happen, well, I could loose my shorts :)

Well I feel like a gnome sat on a toadstool with a fishing rod and never getting any bites, I am a very small fish in a big pond, but the daily swings and then stagnating share price when the day settles leaves very little if no gains at all.

I own a meagre - 155992 tullow shares, I know it’s risky and timing is everything, but I’m very tempted to sell before 1pm and then buy back after the fairly consistent (on most days) afternoon dip - has anyone tested anything like this theory or thinking of doing so ?

Any thoughts from the more experienced old guard would be much appreciated:)

Hasn’t anyone told you this is the 0.50p share - what can you buy with 50p, well a shed load of stagnant tullow shares - BOOOOM :-)
