West Newton Exploration Well Site, Fosham Road, High Fosham

I would like to inform you of the arrangements for a pre-planning Committee presentation by the
applicant and objectors with regard to the following planning application:-
To construct an extension to the existing West Newton A (WNA) well site, test appraise and
produce from the two existing wells and drill, test, appraise and produce from up to six (6)
new wells followed by decommissioning and well site restoration at West Newton
Exploration Well Site, Fosham Road, High Fosham.
The pre-planning Committee presentation involving the applicant and objectors will take place on
Monday 27 September 2021 commencing at 2.00 pm. The process will involve a 30 minute
presentation from the applicant and a 30 minute presentation from objectors. Should you wish to
observe proceedings the meeting will be live streamed on You Tube, the link for which is included
below and is also detailed on the Council’s Planning Committee web page:-

The intention is that the planning application will be considered by the Planning Committee on
Thursday 30 September 2021. The report for that meeting should be available on Wednesday 22
September 2021 on the Council’s web-site.'

I've believed all along, artyth, that there will be a fixed value to the sale prices of WN and Victory, regardless of the share price. So, at that point the SP is irrelevant. Meanwhile, market abusers will manipulate the SP relentlessly in order to rip off the shareholders.

As I stated earlier Fyoz, I think a big sell going through, but not sure it's a big seller anymore. There will of course be some value to the SP in the gas price, especially when the market is given the Victory CPR. Victory doesn't need to be online - the monetization is only months away, and investors will have the current gas price in mind when making decisions, in my opinion.

Can't believe this market cap. £19m! Look at the assets! Screaming buy indeed. Victory NPV10 £146m based on 50p per therm. What is it, £1.80 per therm? Incredible.
