Thanks Jimmy.
Donal, I've asked Simon Oddie if this could impact Europa, and if I get a reply (I haven't been getting them recently), I'll post it here.
Yes Jimmy, but that is the total for ALL the directors. S&S have less than 1% , as JD states, 0.741%
Jeremy Edelman, who was director there before S&S arrived, has about 2% of the issued shares, and hasn't bought any since they arrived.
Smythery, I have asked if the Oza family still own the shares they disclosed they had when the Deltic offer was made, and I was told I wouldn't be told. So I'd like to see where this evidence is please.
I believe Jeremy Edelman, the owner of the majority of director's shares, hasn't bought any since S&S took over.
'we remain confident in our ability to commercialise value from the discovery.'
That sounds to me like they're moving it on.
Ian, there's a lot of water to go under the bridge before we need to think about record dates or even if they will apply. As Corky said, we could perhaps be a year away from getting the second tranche from Shell from which the £4m will be sourced.
Indeed GP. The more information, the better. I've had so many questions over the years, and I'm now getting plenty of answers.

I wonder if the Final Results are later this year to coincide with EDR? Theirs are 8th Nov.
What's an RNSRNS?
On the 17th October, the day of the requisition RNSRNS, I believe the mid price was 0.25p. The current mid price is 0.24p.
I'd missed this! Jimmy (or anyone else), email addresses are at the bottom if you have any questions of the requisitioners.

GP, both sides are suggesting this £4m now. It does appear that it is excess cash that will be available when Shell pay the second payment next year. I'm not sure that the method of share buy back suggested by the requisitioners requires a court order. However, it won't be for a while, so there is plenty of time to put anything necessary in place.
There will be plenty of cash available to cover all Reabold's and Rathlin's WNB-2 costs from the first Shell payment, from what I understand, so it should be done H1 next year.
Novykluk, you are just clogging the bulletin board up with lengthy personal attacks on other posters you disagree with. Are you trying to stifle shareholder discussion?
Jimmy, perhaps you can ask the requisitioners these questions. I think there is a link on this:

Maybe you'll let us know if you get answers.

This details the type of share buy back the alternative board suggest for the excess funds.
Interesting website.

First observations fwiw
Now that Victory has gone, and a lot of our eggs are in the West Newton basket, maybe it's right to farm it out to reduce risk. Imagine it not flowing, what have we got left?
I'd like to know more about this type of share buy back.
Change in focus from buying portions of companies to buying percentages of assets.
'The proposed non-executive directors will forgo any cash payment for the first 12 months and will be paid £25,000 in equity for the period'
It's hard to interact with someone when they've got you on filter. lol
There's one or two stooges here at the moment.
It looks like you're the one who is intellectually challenged as you so nicely put it, moniman. And you, a Reabold shareholder! Don't make me laugh.
Novykluk
'You Reabold trolls seem to be getting quite vociferous now!'
You seem to be trying to shut down debate by accusing anyone questioning statements of so-called 'facts' from other posters, of being a troll. Pretty poor really. You are everything you accuse NVG of being.
Novykluk, I'll put your naivety regarding moniman down to the fact you've not encountered him before. By all means filter me. It proves you've lost the argument to give up so quickly and for such a lame excuse. But I have supported the current board100% as all readers of this board will know over the last several years, and I am currently trying to sort those giving the facts from the charlatans. It's becoming clear which category you are in.
