I'm sure they are very pleased with your input on the UJO bb. Even David Bramhill is said to be pleased, and apparently he affectionately refers to you as 'that **** persimmon'. You must feel very proud of yourself.

I must admit, I previously favoured the sale of Corallian as a whole, but with I believe another round of North Sea licences available this year (and Corallians existing North Sea licences), I think there is more value in retaining a stake in Corallian and bringing further licences on, funded by the proceeds from Victory and farming out.

Just ignore the dick, mal (easier said than done, I know). What he really needs is a ****ing good hiding.

Anyway, regarding funding - S&S recently stated the company is fully funded, which includes all planned works for 2022 (including drilling a further well at West Newton), so there will be no placing THIS YEAR. They are also clearly not looking at new ventures until cash is in from the sale of Victory, thus reinforcing the strong cash position.

Persimmon says there will be a placing every 4 weeks. It's part of his itinerary. He can't break his routine or the tooth fairy will bite his nob off.

Don't worry about it, Cloves. On this bb a lot of posters accuse others of personal attacks. How do they do it? By using personal attacks. But amongst the hypocrites there are still some very good posters.....thank goodness.

I think Jusmasel used to run a post office? He was certainly well researched. I thought he may have returned as DreamOn, another well researched poster, who was another positive poster liberally mauled by D'Head.

It was a shame no other posters here would try to protect Jusmasel, in my opinion.

Well Tovoc, I expect I was covered in oil for far more years than D'Head was, if he ever was. So consider yourself corrected. And from my experience it was really nothing to shout about, anyway. Just a good way to get cancer.

I've got to take issue with you there Yanis.

However you wrap that up, it's an Egdon ramp.

The share price had peaked at 3.6p and was heading down. Maybe it would have gone back up again, but the chances were that there would have been the usual moaners on here saying we needed a third leg, and subsequent disillusioned shareholders would have been selling in their droves. At least now we have an asset that we aren't dependent on majors or governments before we can drill it and significantly raise the share price with. And yet still people moan. This share price will be massively different in a few months time.

You do an awful lot of talking on behalf of Heidelberg there, Aimshame. Are you his carer?

As for D'Head, the bloke was a buffoon. Yes, the share price went down, but did he predict the pandemic shutting down O&G exploration? No. Did he predict a Green politician being put in charge of energy policy in Ireland? No. Did he blame the council for turning down Holmwood? No. I even remember him saying it was about time Hugh McKay bought some shares, when he'd already invested around £400k.
No, this bb is far better off without him, and could do with Jusmasel returning. Now HE did do his research.
Personally if there isn't anyone posting good research I'd rather read something positive than constant moaning. But hey, if that's what floats your boat......

Les, Heidelberg has been playing that tune to my knowledge for the last 8 years. He doesn't have any other records, but it's nice to sing along to when you feel like being really miserable. Thank God I never do. Still, it helps keep wandering new investors away.

It doesn't just cost them 1.8p per share oilisthefuture. They pay a lot of commission, so probably 2p per share cost. Still a nice profit of course, but not what the more bitter posters tend to suggest.

I can't help thinking this share price won't stay here long. 2.2 so soon after a 1.8 placing, and nudging up. It gives me the impression most of the placees have sticky fingers, and someone is loading up. Could be an exciting time ahead.

Great to see the share price on the move. I thought I'd see what the uninvested posters who have dedicated their waking hours to this bulletin board to rubbish the company, have had to say. You could hear a pin drop. WG? HITS? Mirasol? Anything to say? 'Well done shareholders', perhaps. lol

Les, I found the use of the word 'subsequent' in Simon's statement quite interesting, I believe inferring there had been no forward selling.
