Clearly the gas issue will be dealt with at Wressle by the time further drilling at Serenity takes place, so it seems incredible to me that funding is being questioned. As Serif said, less than £4m should be required.

Lenin, the offer is for the company, Corallian, which will have one asset, Victory. All Corallian shareholders will receive proceeds pro rata. Reabold own 49% of Corallian's share issue.

Let's face it, it's positive. The deal negotiations are ongoing. Majors are notoriously slow with their paperwork.

persimmon, the date is nothing to do with the sale of Corallian to the prospective purchaser. It's simply an agreement between Reabold and Corallian that gives confidence to the prospective purchaser that they are only buying Corallian and the Victory licence, not the other licences.

West Newton will be sold as soon as it's proved up, ie. after drilling and testing WNB-2 imo.

It looks to me like a few holders got spooked by a biggish sell, and dumped as quickly as they could. Time will tell, but until there's an RNS, nothing has changed.
