I agree with all the negative about HL.
I've been with them 10 years or so, and they have deteriorated.
Pressure is building with the zero cost brokers now, so I expect HL have reduced back-room staff to try and compete with the pressure on their trading costs.

The untaken RI shares were sold by the underwriters into the market at 90p. Deduct the 32p that RR get, and the balance, less some costs, goes direct to the individuals that held the rights, but didn't take them up.
Hence the expression rights!!!
Plus, if for some unfathomable reason you haven't got your shares, you want to be having a word with your broker. They are obliged as part of their fee, to have the shares available to you (if you correctly accepted the rights, and paid for them) by 8.00am today.
Double plus, the nil-paid rights would have been showing in your account since c. 27th October. So, you have had plenty of time to contact your broker!!
