Bit of a chequered history with this company and board, eh!!
I did some work once for a mercurial company, with 3 different mavericks in senior positions.
Company had an amazing product, but couldn't organise it's way to the loo. Eventually went bust, due to massive infighting, where it just needed a very strong hand on the tiller.
This company reminds me of that situation!!!!!
In your view, does pushing TB to non-exec, remove the infighting, and will allow the company a good tilt at some success.
It's in a high risk situation, which may come good, dependant on steady directors and success with machine and mask validation.

I hope that you are correct.
But like you, it is hope rather than fact.
Yes, this could go sky high, but.....
But, it is predicated upon a few significant things outside of the company's control.
Hence high risk, leading to possible high reward.
I'm just doing my homework, prior to diving in. nothing wrong with that. Can't buy with a market currently shut!!

PL75. Board upheavals and finance raising always intrigues me. It suggests something positive. Just needs looking into. Aston Martin is the most topical and obvious example of late.
Product diversification is also something to look at.
Both strategies offer risk. But then that is the game here.
Whisper club, is polite and genuine notification of possible opportunities. Not blatant ramping nor deramping, but by known and trusted investors upon a board.

PL75. There's a whisper club linked to another rising AIM company, and RMS had 2 unconnected and separate whispers.
So, i came to have a look. Quite liked the set-up and potential.
So, asked some questions.
Surprised at the negativity of some on here, and now i'm allegedly de-ramping!!! Other boards more friendly.
Pleased to see some genuine and helpful folks on here, including your reasonable question of me.
You're fairly recently invested here. What attracted you? Can you shed any light on the Trevor Brown elbowing?

Eddantes. You speak of cardboard boxes, and drill bits. True to an extent, however neither of those critical inputs for the companies you've mentioned, are either still awaiting shipping from Spain, nor awaiting certification. I'm sure Amazon and oil companies already have a stock, and a rock solid supply line.
Just one last question, if i may, without getting spat at by certain folks on here.
What was/is the beef with Trevor Brown? Some-one thought he was good enough for CEO, so why the elbow now?

Often when adversity turns to triumph, it can be quite rewarding.
I'm asking questions, as many do prior to investing.
And, maybe, just maybe, folks here will know a lot that i've not gleaned from research and RNS's.
Not much point asking, after i've invested.
So, as before, meaningful answers would be appreciated.

Yes, i have my views on this company, but interested to air them prior to investing.
That is all a part of the process, i believe.
Works very well on other boards.
Seems on here, folks are very nervous of their speculative investment.
Perhaps that because they dived in with their eyes shut.

1. Machine. So, company is currently heavily dependent upon a machine that hasn't actually left the manufacturer?
2. Only 1 machine? What happens if it proves unreliable?
3. So company is currently heavily dependent on a mask that hasn't been certified? What happens if it isn't certified?
4. Why has it taken so long to get finance sorted?

Whilst i don't know who it is, an RI is always underwritten, to de-risk the issuer. Hence part of the cost.

An RI allows existing SH's to maintain their % holding. A placing would dilute them.

I believe the RI will mirror a discount, alla RR, although unlikely to be as deep.
So, pre announcement Sh's (that take the rights) should be fine. To buy currently is to do so blind, and should be avoided.
EGM is Tuesday, so all should be clearer immediately following that.

Then Bell and his mate sold, which pushed price back down!

Any-one here wish to comment on:
1. The poor situation referred to in Q4 2019.
2. Board changes of late, including resignation.
3. Elongated period for finance raise in 2020.
4. Budgets predicated upon rising copper prices.

In the spirit of helpfulness, i have a couple of minor observations.
Hope that you take them in the spirit intended.
1. In certain months, your opening price, is not the previous month's closing! I'm a bit navally attentive about these things! Sorry.
2. Just a thought. It may be of added interest (amazement!), if you included a cumulative % increase, during the year.
That, this year would be a staggering 1950%!
Same as that in 2021 would take us to approaching £8.00!!!!
