Be interesting to see his take on Smarteye results & what he makes of their current cash position.

Smarteye share price down 5% & now 6%?up for the day.

It just baffles me that investors would rather bet on a company that does not release actual car numbers on the road to one that does!

SEE transparency is yet to be rewarded! AIM = sh*t show !

Yes I want SEE to invest in interior sensing & use cash to develop future development work.

We don’t however need to spend or burn cash on other initiatives that are non performing sectors of business or go on a major hiring spree without the cash to support growth.

Just because they have the cash doesn’t mean they should burn thru with the expectation they are going to break even or be net postive in the future.

AI advancements should be helping lower their capex spend so hoping Martin is not losing sight of what is required.

They have £7 m cash left & obviously credit facility but burning thru cash ! Hope SEE are taking note & reducing costs where appropriate.

Korea is still the primary growth engine, being well on their way to implement DMS broadly. Volumes have yet to pick up in other markets, although they are growing from a low level. We expect other markets such as Japan, Europe and the US to mature in the quarters to come. Simultaneously there’s a strong market pull for Interior Sensing in the automotive premium segment. We are very well positioned for upcoming business in this new and exciting area.

Our new development programs are progressing as planned, and we see growth in the AIS product. The requests are coming both from fleet customers as well as from commercial vehicle OEMs eager to fulfill the European regulations. We expect a steady ramp up of AIS during this year.

January – December 2023

Net sales amounted to SEK 302.2 (219.5) million, which corresponds to an increase of 38%. Organic growth amounted to 33% (adjusted for the new accounting principle implemented in iMotions 2022) and is driven by Automotive business. Behavioral Research also shows stable growth.

Operating loss amounted to SEK -282.9 (-343.0) million. The improved operating loss is driven by higher sales and lower OPEX, excluding exchange rate impact, compared to last year. Depreciation of the surplus value created in conjunction with the Affectiva and iMotions acquisitions amounts to SEK 116.3 million. The period was burdened by one-time costs due to the funding process amounting to SEK 2.8 million.

Profit/loss after financial items amounted to SEK -283.2 (-344.1) million.

Earnings after tax per share is -2.15 (-12.98), and after full dilution -2.15 (-12.98). Earning after tax has improved due to deferred tax posted in the perioAd

We just need to announce that the biggest contract win SEE has made is now ready for ‘start of production’ as PMG stated. With the right wording ‘Colin Barnden’ springs to mind, we could have an uplift & ignite investor interest .

Simple PR/Marketing to boost awareness.

Why don’t we announce start of production for one of our biggest ever contract wins ?!

Loads of AIM companies announce any relevant news updates ! Is this not worthy of one ?

Should be a big announcement saying first ever cars starting production with ‘rear view mirror driver monitoring technology’ by Seeing Machines.

Marketing Dept please wake up, this is the least you can do. PMG already highlighted this in his interview so let’s big up our success !

Let’s see how they do , will they try & put out a contract win tomorrow or Wednesday to shift attention from results ?!

Ok so it happend in Feb 2022 when they announced the air ambulance deal after trading update & before results so can happen.

What are the chances of getting any contract news before March results. The update we had will no doubt be what will be announced so what else can we expect before then ?

This is very confusing! It states seeing machines but no one in our company is present in the video & no mention of seeing machines in any of the blurb.

Am I missing something here ?

These are genuine questions seeing-2020

Feel like we have given management more than a fair crack at the whip ! I would understand if management are not buying if there is a big deal to be announced but if not why are they not loading up at 5p ?

We need news, this share price is becoming a joke !

Over a year has gone by with a constant value destruction of the share price. Yes I know some may not be all the companies fault but feel we can do much better !

1. Management buy more shares if you believe in the company’s prospects? Martin, PMG & others all bought at higher levels so why not buy more at 5p ?

2. BMW launch - please speak to them about permission to announce our huge partnership win integrating DMS into their car models. How did SmartEye get permission, they have stated numerous times & very publicly! Don’t be scared, it’s good to brag & align ourselves with amazing partners, isn’t it ?

3. Collins deal .. yes it’s in the mix & working on integrating our tech but surely we can state how many RFQs we have & timeline/value of contracts ?

4. Marketing is frankly average at best! Seen one announcement on LinkedIn, no photos of people attending our stand or demos being made at Geotab, 10 staff members & no one knows what they are doing ! If they are busy selling then I expect contract wins next week if not then a waste of money !

5. Are we trying to be the most secretive company on AIM, never known a company so caught up in trying to stay under the radar, you think we are dealing with high tech weapons with all the hidden non disclosure deals we do.

SEE .., just frikin let loose for gods sake & showcase our partners BMW , VW Magna Fisker etc ! Name them & you will see the share price rise in a heartbeat & will get investors on board !

It’s a start but we need more exposure! Every staff member should be telling all their LinkedIn partners to come & visit ! Try our latest product ?

I just hope they are getting some contracts completed, 10 staff in Vegas is not cheap, they need to earn their keep.
