Wonder what he thinks of this CAT license deal ?

Also wonder what his view is on lower than expected cash EBITDA from slower. GEN 2 to GEN 3 transition ?

Market reaction says that investors are not impressed with the Ebida miss & cost management of the company.

Hopefully we can get this resolved asap as this lack of transparency is costing us dearly.

Surprised Martin Ive has dropped the ball on this as he seems a very well experienced CFO.

We need more license deals to soften the blow.

So share price jumped 5% on the news at 8am & now below this morning starting price.

Would everyone be moaning if this flew up by 10% & the market shrugged of the cash ebitda miss ?

The big news here is the US $16.5m caterpillar deal. If CAT pay us that after our long term relationship then what will Collins Aerospace pay for their licence deal ?

Stay strong all, no one expected this CAT licence deal so in my opinion this is a big win & a lot of other fleet owners will sit up & take note of this exciting development.

Might be good for us if they use the Magna mirror on all Rivians ?

SEE marketing & comms are asleep at the wheel, they need DMS to alert them & wake them up !

Say what you want about Smart Eye but they have more followers on LinkedIn than us, never afraid to jump on an opportunity to align themselves with their OEMs & boast about their wins be it true or most inflated.

This gives them a buzz around their stock while we stay boring & safe. I’m ok with that if we have a plan but does worry me that we are in BMW & Mercedes & no one knows about this except us.

Looks like we are going to go thru another month with no news!

I can’t believe that we are going to just bounce around 4p waiting on the next KPIs in August.

What happened to Aviation blue label/red label launch ? Where is the long awaited new Japanese OEM contract that we’ve been expecting? Where are the long awaited deals that part of our £1 billion pipeline.

Volume of shares bought & sold is embarrassing , what chance do we have to even move from 4p to 5p if no news flow is happening?

What is everyone doing at SEE ? Serious lack of leadership in their marketing strategy, enough of staying under the radar, let the world know we are in BMW & Mercedes. It really isn’t a secret just look at CBs posts.

CB has not been right so far, has he ? But things could change according to him.

Said SmartEye will struggle to survive & has constantly criticised the way they state their contract wins, however their stock has doubled whilst SEE has been in the doldrums for over 12 months, not even able to stay above 5p.

CB however has been right a lot more times than he’s been wrong, especially with the future of DMS so hoping that his calls on SEE come to fruition.

When will we catch a break.

How long does it take to get a decent contract with the launch of our GEN3 product ? Aviation - PMG stated a blue label launch in May but still no news ? I can wait around till the KPIs in August but are we really going to have to wait this long before we get anything meaningful?

The PR & communications team just regurgitate the same news feeds with very safe to boring announcements. They need to step things up.

I can’t believe that we can’t be more proactive in this area, PR/comms need to get behind all these BMW new model launches & any new models that hit the road whether it’s Bluecruise or Supercruise.

We are so poor at marketing ourselves ! Amazing for a company with so much potential, very frustrating.

Always find CB posts very well researched & always on the money. It’s very interesting as he believes the next wave of DMS will have a requirement for impaired driving technology which he fully well knows Magna/SEE are working on & has witnessed this first hand. He obviously has not called out SEE in this post but anyone reading between the lines knows that he is saying to professionals investors & money men, I know a company that will greatly from this law change. Buckle up boys & girls things are going to heat up !

Agree this group has gone into hibernation & can you blame them ISB ?

We have been promised so much & still no news on aviation, Japan OEM win, GEN3 contracts etc.

My view & it’s a simple one : Smart Eye has doubled in share price within a year & we have not . Has Smart Eye superior tech? Answer No ! Is Smart Eye producing more cars with DMS than SEE ? Answer No - Is Smart Eye working with an Aviation Partner the size of Collins Aerospace? No ! Has Smart Eye struck a partnership with one of the biggest suppliers of DMS/Mirror integration in Magna ? No !

So we will re rate the same way they have & in my opinion rocket past them once we get to break even & release our next KPIs in August, which could be huge.

Yes This is truly a frustrating stock to hold but if you do your research we are the best in class & surely investors, analysts & PI’s will notice us when we announce some big wins which I expect in next few months coupled with a meaty KPI number.
