Will the PMG & company do a town hall presentation this year & explain to investors what’s going on ?!

I feel they owe it to us to explain the poor performance of the share price, why we have not bagged the supposed contracts that they promised us & explain why the aviation red label/blue label product has not been launched yet with Collins Aerospace .

While it does its thing, you’re free to sit back comfortably, so long as you’re keeping your eyes on the road. Your hands may be free, but that doesn’t mean it's time to start checking out, looking at your phone and other ill-advised activities. BlueCruise won’t start bugging out every time you glance down at your navigation or rear-view mirrors, but it will chime in when it feels like you’ve taken too long. It also can’t tell if you’re looking away for safety reasons like trying to read another driver’s intentions as you switch lanes.

If only it was SEE tech didn’t suggest it could be.

BREAKING: Tesla is confirmed with #IR vision-based #driver #monitoring #systems #DMS across its entire 2024 model range. Models S, 3, X, Y and #Cybertruck screenshots are presented here with the IR emitters highlighted. We can have any conversation about the location of the CMOS image sensor and IR emitters being less than optimal for a view of the driver, the lack of #eyegaze tracking, and about the quality of Tesla's proprietary DMS algorithms, but Tesla is the first #OEM to get vision-based DMS into its entire model range. Once again the rest of the auto industry is playing catch up with Tesla.

Clever technology if it’s SEE ?

Any one know if we are in this ?? Talks about DMS & sounds like something SEE would have installed but again just speculation.

I recently published a post on our new Boosteroid Cloud Gaming app and many of you quite rightly asked me about the safety aspect of having such an entertaining function in the car.

 

First, let me say that safety is a top priority for #MercedesBenz. For this reason, games that can be played via the Boosteroid app only work when the car is stationary, which can be particularly useful when you’ve stopped for a break on a long journey, for example.

 

Also, we recognise that the passenger screen can be used for many other things besides gaming, such as watching TV programmes or video streaming during a journey. These actions are all subject to the requirement that the driver is protected from distraction. This is why we have a two-stage blocking system for the passenger screen in the new E-Class. First, the seat-occupancy-recognition system registers whether the seat next to the driver is occupied. If it’s not, the screen becomes a digital decorative feature. If it is and the occupant is using the screen, then our second safety feature comes into play: the camera-based system on our latest vehicles tracks the driver’s eye and, if they look towards the passenger screen, it reduces the brightness so much that only the passenger can see what’s on it.

 

The broad interest we encountered at gamescom encourages us to further push forward immersive in-car gaming. I appreciate the time everyone has taken to respond to my post, and I hope this answers your queries.

This is painful to watch Isb1974 nothing we can do but just hope that the research & time by many knowledgeable shareholders on this forum to what the potential is & the up coming requirements by all OEMs to install DMS finally pays off.

SEE management need to step up as this is back to 4p, embarrassing for a company that should be at the forefront of AI.

Doubt it ..the share price would have doubled on such an announcement but would love this to be the case.

➡ Improved Front Design for Pedestrian and Cyclist Safety:

•           The 2024 standard emphasises reducing the severity of injuries in the event of a collision with pedestrians or cyclists.

•           This has led to rounded front designs that absorb impact better, potentially lowering the risk of serious injury.

•           The new design includes lower front windscreens to improve driver visibility, reducing blind spots and giving drivers a better view of vulnerable road users.

➡ Enhanced Visibility and Driver Focus:

•           With larger windscreens and improved mirrors, the design focuses on minimising blind spots. Camera monitoring systems give drivers a wider, more comprehensive view.

•           The position of the driver's seat in relation to the front of the bus has also been adjusted to ensure better awareness of pedestrians and cyclists.

 

The new front design is one of the most visible changes to our ongoing effort to create a safer urban environment and we know these features will have a significant positive impact on road safety.

TfL’s 2024 specification will contribute to not only reducing accidents but also making London’s streets more welcoming for pedestrians and cyclists, furthering the city's sustainable transport goals.

As I told a room full of media and analysts this afternoon, Magna International's annual tech day has quickly become one of my favorite days of the year. And the 2024 edition did not disappoint!

So looking back on historical news, September tends to be a quiet month for RNS’s .October is better.

However last sept/oct 2023 Martin Ive invested his own money & bought shares at around 5.20p .he has been accumulating but nothing of note lately.

One year later we are trading at 5.10p , so what should have been a positive sign for shareholders when directors buy failed to materialise here.

I have not given up hope but it’s time this company started answering to its shareholders. All this promise of OEM wins, aviation, Magna mirror, partnerships with Mobileeye/ Valeo has been just noise.

PMG & Martin need to keep pressing as the market does not believe our story & can you blame them!

Euro NCAP to release results of six new cars this Wednesday ⏰

This September 11th, Euro NCAP will reveal the latest safety ratings for a thrilling lineup of vehicles. Euro NCAP is testing the technical limits of safety with these new car models on the European market: the Audi Q6 e-tron, Ford Explorer, Jeep Avenger, Renault Symbioz, Subaru Crosstrek, and XPENG G6. 🛣️

Alongside these new models are results for the Renault Captur and Subaru Impreza that are the partner models of the Symbioz and Crosstrek, respectively. Stars will also be released for the SEAL-U PHEV, the variant of the BYD SEAL-U tested by Euro NCAP in 2023. 🚦

Feel your frustration.

As mentioned any decent CEO should ensure that shareholders are properly rewarded for investing & showing loyalty to the company.

Still think it’s down to their PR & marketing team. Why is this share not trading like a AI company ? Because we are not telling our story properly.

I get we are trying to be in stealth mode but baffles me why this trades as a penny stock, after 20 years in existence & aiming for 3 million cars on the road by end of 2024.

Even the directors have stopped buying their own shares which again does not instil a huge amount of confidence.

SEE not exhibiting but I see Magna on the floor plan so hopefully they are demonstrating the Magna mirror with or as part of SEE.

As always pure speculation as nothing is certain as we all know.

Challenger you’ve been on the this board for practically 5 seconds mate, wind your neck in.

The facts are the facts, share price is drifting & the company needs to do something about it. Volume of shares today says it all, nothing is happening & no one is excited in this stock even though we are perceived as unicorn status. & an AI play.

That says to me the PR & marketing team have not done their job properly! Investors like a bit of sizzle, SEE need to sell the sizzle & not just the steak as that’s what moves markets.

Increase shareholder value, that is the first and foremost mandate they need to ensure. Important that they are taking care of their shareholders.

The share price is not reflecting that positivity so they are not to communicating their message properly. Colin Barnden is the only one that has a good handle & predicts great things but that should not be his job. That’s SEEs marketing role to keep spotlight on the company & its tech.

Yes I get that they are pushing to break even in 2025 & cash flow positive but there must be more that they can do. They have not mentioned they are in BMW in any RNS statement or that VW is gearing up ( still no sign of any cars ?)

All very frustrating, they should be doing more shareholders deserve better.

All these potential contracts are just what they are, nothing until signed ! we need to convert some of these RFQs, what are the OEMs waiting for ?

We were told they have to make a decision but I don’t see any urgency otherwise we would have a stream of news !
