The share register has been updated, it looks like FIL is one of the culprits, they’ve sold about 60 million since the September update. Canaccord have also sold another 10 million. We know Jupiter were selling out completely, which was about 95 million to dispose of.

Northern, yes it will be interesting to see what triggers the decision to use the JV with Northam again. I guess there’s no rush as long as they think it will go higher but with chrome prices sliding a little they might decide to dedicate a bit more processing to the RoM with higher PGM content.

The numbers are by calendar quarter rather than financial.

A bit of good news while we wait for this endless churn of shares to stop... the PGM basket has now breached the US$1,500 / PGM oz mark for the first time since June of 2023... it looks like we might be seeing the start of a recovery 🤞

The estimated basket price today is US$1,513 / PGM oz.

The initial pXRF results are pretty disappointing on the whole, the shallow drilling is inconclusive at target A1. Deeper drilling is needed to establish if the low grade mineralisation overlays something more significant or not. At target C1, which was the one BHP were interested in, the target is too deep anyway for the rig that they were using.

Lets see if the followup magnetics reveals any more but anyway I guess we have to wait until next season for any further progress on that prospect.

I think it's getting late in the season for any drilling at Mukai to get started now, so most likely that will have to wait until next year as well unless they are ready to go imminently. At least they are due some cash payments from that JV in the near term which will help pay the bills.

There is still Brunton Pass, Nevada which is due to get going any time now and of course Konkola West plods on... it can't be long before we get news on that either way!

The cross section through the orebody on page 7 shows a series of thin high grade (>1.5% Cu) layers surrounded by lower grade material (0.3-1.5% Cu). The overall grade for the project is estimated at 0.9%. It would be great to see something in that kind of ballpark for Arc.

Isn't the 1st anniversary on 10th November? That's when the final completion was announced. The rest I assume you are making up because frankly nobody knows for sure.

They did talk about expanding the Kipushi mine across from DRC into Zambia, I think that was discussed when they signed the MOU, also there's an undefined license up in the NW, which could be an extension of the Western Foreland, I'm sure they would be interested in that area.

It might be worth looking at other expansion deposits that Khoemacau has already defined in order to understand how the upcoming assays compare:

LUFC, Palladium accounts for roughly 17-18% of the basket based on the numbers from the old WHI research note.

Northern, I just checked back on when they last had PGM material processed through the Northam JV and at that time the average basket for the quarter was US$1630 / PGM oz so that might be a benchmark for when they decide to use it again.

I've no idea Northern but I guess they are constantly weighing up what material to process (chrome rich or PGM rich) based on the potential return. To give an idea of where we are, compared to the Q1 average basket, current prices would add another US$0.5 million / quarter (based on the target 9,000 oz / quarter).

The overall basket is currently about US$1480 / PGM oz. I did say the other day if it reaches US$1500 / PGM oz it could be cause for optimism about a recovery, it hasn't been at that level since around June of 2023.

DJP the license renewals were obtained weeks ago, there must be some further consents that are needed before FQM can start. Not sure if it's the transfer of the license from Mwashia Resources to Copernicus Minerals, as that is the company that the JV agreement has been signed with.
