Calibre on the other hand are speedily building high grade reserves currently sitting at 1.1 m oz and rising. Why do they need Cnr? Doesn’t make any sense and I do hold calibre shares.

There is nothing that says calibre have shown any interest.

Goldies peaked around 2020/21 after a good run up in pog from sub1400 -over 2000. There was good money to be made in producers at this time but Cnr was moving forward at a snails pace while more than doubling the ammount of shares. Agreed explorers have been a dead loss generally which is a good reason to not sit in one like lassie waiting for master to feed you.

It is not rational when the sp is half what if was 6 years ago and £7 m spent during a sales process that mc expected to be finalised a year ago to be happy with the current situation. Thankfully I dont pay attention to upticks and prefer to use logic. Sitting in a share for years when it’s going backwards defies logic. As does the idea that deal is taking so long because Mellon is hardballing.

Dr, yes we have entered the realms of dilution to keep lights on and hopefully drill. We have set. Millions disappear with no drilling so know that around 150-300 k p month is needed irrespective of any drilling. The sp at which we raise will be critical. Anything like the last one won’t really fund much in the way of drilling.

Let’s see what he magics up Maybe there will be an alternative funding plan. Certainly wouldn’t want to be too heavy here until it is clear. Good luck to anybody taking the high risk scenario. Much better short term options around currently for me to get too deep.

Simms, they have reserves of 1.1 m oz and riding .they have new concessions. More reserves to come in stream. They have stated that their rating is low because of jurisdiction which is why they have diversified. They are growing nica production year on year through their own endeavours.

How do you know they expressed interest ?? Can you show your source for this???

Dr, any company that places shares at a 30% discount is one to be avoided and not the norm! I saw one placing at Cnr that was actually at a small premium. Large discounts just encourages carpet baggers.

Hopefully deal happens this year before cash runs out but imv there will be a 3 month wait from official agreement to completion. I think as usual Brad has been over optimistic.

888. Calibre have p1.1 m reserves and will continue to increase feed . They are drilling out of revenue. I cannot see them paying out $200 m plus and A 100 m mine build liability when they have already proved up a bigger reserve than we have. Doesn’t make sense and wouldn’t take 18 months to happen.

The obvious danger is that we follow a well trod. Purse on aim of low ball raises that mainly cover running costs and highly dilute holders. There is little to suggest different thus far. The last raise was extremely painful.

However, let’s see what happens. I am in fairly small time here until it becomes clear how drilling will be funded. I am at the tail end of a journey with Cnr that Omi are just starting. Their management are more credible and own 25% and most holders are struggling to see a profit. Unless a strategic investment like j/v I struggle to see how I respected management will push this forward.

Yes maybe he can’t afford too many shares. However as you rightly point out there is nothing to stop him doing a private deal, eg with Mellon . 900 k are his unconverted shares, still leaves over 1 m others.

No I am not suggesting deal will be sub 22 p however it doesn’t infer a carpetbagging party either with fat lady day fast approaching. Perhaps infers caution for whatever reason? Yes I am erring on cautious side as usual . Hasn’t failed me thus far.

Cf, I see where you are coming from. These must be options for lower down employees that I guess are not wanted. It is basically a small cash raise I guess . A bit odd . I seem to remember mc selling on his warrants on one raise but different to at point of sale. Obviously these options were about to expire. Seems like they have been sold off into the market rather than being cashed by the holder.

It’s all going to be needed so no biggie.

On a different track. Peeps often mention the failure of a toll deal with calibre but what I am curious about is the fact that Nicaragua milling business was small scale toll milling. They became 19% holders . More surprising that nothing developed there than calibre. Them selling out and Randy having his concession taken back is a bit smelly to me?

E l. Imv £1 is impossible. There are another 20 m options and some warrants outstanding. Mc rather sketchy reward scheme that was downgraded from your£1 to 40 p. There are no sales that I see that suggest a development project requiring $100 m and 2 years with 600 k reserves in a politically dubious jurisdiction will command £200 m plus or $300m. Fantasy land imv.

Shg with 2 mines, profitable track record and an exploration project at least the equal of ours although earlier stage got around £150 m. Where is the logic??

As far as Jim is hardballing for 18 months. More likely that the potential buyers are doing the balling.

There has been £8 m burnt during this process and the corresponding shares added at low levels. The price of producers is very little changed from 18 months ago as yet .

My expectation are unchanged from 18 months and more ago. Tops of £120 m minus all costs of which there will be quite a bit. Hoped slim might ask about 15% tax . There arehannans fees , mc opaque reward scheme and any other costs and handouts. Still wouldn’t write off the chance of more cash needed.
