What was your prediction for mre sp btw?

I got it far from great. I rebought 40 p at 37 p when I could’ve bought at 21 p. I rebought 36 p at 33 p but did sell them again ant 38 p and then sold some at 28 p on the way down. Far from perfect but from my pov better than sitting on my hands and pouring more cash in. It is 21 p to buy atm and that is fine for re buying. Meanwhile 🚀man who was buying at 35 p and urging peeps to buy as we would not see the 30 s again was not a very good predictor along with the rest of the 60-80 pers.

Omi is down 35% in the last month, hycroft which I gave a little nod to is up nearly 50% in same period. I hold a nice bag in hycroft, that’s what makes me smile.

Different things amuse different people. For a lot here, constantly attacking posters that use common sense and get things correct amuses them. It amuses me that posters who constantly get things wrong with their predictions spend so much energy attacking posters that get things right!

Punter, yes buying the dips is far more sensible than following 🚀 ramps. 21.5 p buying is more sensible than 35 p!’

My strategy is a bit different, I prefer to sell into peeps ramps when sp spikes and re buy lower for free shares. That’s my preference. Like Brad I like free shares.

Mr digit, there are sticky hands here from 5 years ago. I prefer Rick rule for investment advice. He has sold 25% of his juniors. I am looking for a free carry here. Unfortunately the mre didn’t bring 49s where I had further limit sells but that’s my plan on any spike/pump into 40s. When the cycle turns you won’t see it coming. Greed is the natural enemy of investing.

Doc, I actually posted to bhargav all those years ago thst buying in 30 s in both ggp and here was folly and that ggp holders may never see their buy price if buying in 30s.

I think your thoughts re nica and Venezuela are about right.

I have been adding here on dips and am much less a cult member but see good upside when production gets close with the one proviso that there are no problems. Mtl has lagged behind a lot of producer peers over the last year but expect that to change .

Ok doc, so aris and collective share price was similar at that point. Aris is now higher share price. However aris so is up nearly 500 % whereas collective is just over 200% which shows that collective was overvalued compared to aris at various points. This year aris value has been realised.

Both have done well and the differences I have to collective and Omi are valid!

It is within the last year or so that you have been using collectives m cap as a comparison. Karl, I have never advised others to buy or sell. All I can predict are the things that are based on facts. I worked out the cash burn to tell when the next dilution was due. It is something very basic that any investor should do in a minnow aim explorers especially in the distressed position Omi were in 2 years ago. The project is developing well but your lack of real method for valuation has always been flawed. 6 years on we have not seen 30 m elephants and the share price briefly touched its peak of 6 years ago. Yes 2.5 p buy in to where we are today is good. However Omi were a distressed company that were bust if they failed to get a deal hence the bottom. Omi are well valued imo currently by using comparison. There are opportunities with our other projects but until they provide fruit you cannot value them. Then we have the cycle to consider. Something you completely failed to consider last time along with the possible downside of majors calling the shots.

Dr, take what you will from this. Nice rise yesterday on drilling results. I have bought a small ammount there over last couple of months. So I have recently seen a great rise in hycroft and decent rise in collective on news but Omi retraced by over 40%.

Our 201 k iz is fine but it is not the 30k oz for 10-12 years and certainly not the 400 k oz nonsense being bandied here. It is clear why the sp dropped but it is what we have which is ok. Let’s see where the next drilling campaign goes. Safe to say that the nonsense spouted of drill results held back for j/v at pantano will turn out to be silly. One thing that nobody has noted from the interview is the reference to buying land! As we have seen, anything legal and timeframes are not Brads strong point. Aquiring surface rights was a very long winded process for Cnr.

I am happy with progress here but have some limit sells set for next spike. I am listening to r rule and r Beaty regarding cycles and taking profits and looking to take profits in a number of shares this year. Could get very bumpy. You certainly can compare using a producer. 5 years ago you were using burittica to come up with your rather laughable predictions. A virtually fully built and fully funded large mill with 11 m oz resource!

I gave you maki, higher grade production than Omi mre, with their own plant and two tier one exploration projects.

M cap £400 m ish which is what our rocket bearing genius stated Omi pre 201 k oz mre was worth right then!

There has to be common sense. Maki is as good a reference as you will find to here Omi could be in a few years.

Chill, I keep an eye on the goes and predicted the sanctions . My take is that the kidnapping of maduro has changed things somewhat. Ortega is keeping fairly quiet, has suspended his free for all on visas for migrants and it is obvious that if the Venezuelan army pretty much stood aside similar would happen in Nicaragua which is minuscule in comparison. He has said little in support of his longtime Venezuelan support since. So for me the geo politicals are probably better in some ways. China is Nicaraguas prime investor now and are hoovering up concessions. Tbh I think Ortega now sees how quickly things could change. I think the s p has been shaky here but production really should start this year and the sp should start moving as we get closer.
