Tornado, but the question for investors is always, can they get better vale elsewhere. The last year is definitely yes for me. Are there better mining performers? Aris has been one of my best performers over the last year. Ggp and aaz have been far better buys on the dip. Could Mtl be over the next year? Maybe but not a definite for me but worth buying lows currently with production by end of year! Personally been adding more hycroft than Mtl on pullbacks but always happy to change strategy at short notice. Will Bitcoin outperform gold over the next couple of years? Quite possibly and I am planning for that possibility. Bitcoin miner/data providers been storming already along with chip makers. I am expecting another pullback in crypto and possible lower low in Bitcoin by sept oct so happy to take profits and park some in gold silver copper uranium on dips. It’s just a numbers game for me not cult membership or tax avoiding brexity selling billionaire fan club!

C f, I have a small position in Rio 2 and like their copper addition. Also in mako and like their diversifying moves. That is what I am waiting to see here.

Absolutely I have a number of shares in the red. Until recently I held both cdl and mila in the red. However I have a number of explorers that have done very well over the period that Omi has halved. That’s just fact !

Dumbo Elton said I didn’t hold so I posted a couple of sells 35-40p before they sold. Especially for you mr one share man I will let you know when I sell next. I won’t bother with buys because I buy small ammounts extremely often ! i still have some limit sells on in the forties but will probs look to offload a bit on next news spike lower. Happy to sell a few sub 20 p re buys in the 30 s or even late 20 s! You see I do envisage. News driven spikes and increase. What I don’t see is roses driven by hopium by clueless bb predictors. The 60-80 p predictions for the mre band inability of those jokers to be able to process the share price halving because the mre was a market disappointment bares this out!

I have no bear case for Omi, the price will respond to the news depending on what it is!

Meanwhile there is much fun to be had elsewhere if you hold more than 1 share 🤣

Nice article Joe. Iposted r rule and Ross Beaty early in the year talking about taking profits. It was very timely and given decent but back ops especially during truptrans.

Lee, durret, sprott and r rule would disagree with your investing principle and they are beyond millionaires and somewhat more respected.

Lee, the performance here over the last year is not exactly stunning mate. I hold a pile of different shares that p..s over this for performance! I certainly wouldn’t want Mtl as my main or only holding. Good luck but maybe wind that ego in. Big dog once replied wisely to a similar character on Cnr that you don’t hold a monopoly on opinions . Or wisdom for that matter.

Bitcoin has been very steady during this crisis and the bitminers have stormed again along with chip makers.

Best to be diversified and trading isn’t a crime m, it is very sensible at times. Personally I never give any bod too much trust and read between the lines rather than the lines fed.

Legal, I hold many gold silver and copper producers and explorers. It is a mixed bag but I have gal, cdl, mila .sml and panther all very much up and we have Omi down over 50% since mre.

Omi needs news to move and irrespective of Iran sideshow if the news is good the price will move. Any hint of gold going up and as we have seen it is producers that make the move for obvious reasons. Some of my producers are lagging more than others. Aaz on a tear but they are increasingly copper. Ggp near ath.

Let’s see what news we get. Personally, thinking we are holding fairly well.

The failure in phillipines, has changed the situation. Agree e l, a second jurisdiction is needed. The market has moved on since Cnr sale and interested to see where that leads and the financing. Personally, I have moved in and out somewhat here from our deal announcement and hold many miners and explorers. I wouldn’t want Mtl as my core holding but hope that along with the rest they will benefit from further bull run. As before I am wary of de ranged don who is much more of a threat than sleepy joe here.

123, nope ! I don’t bet on horses. Mugs game. I did bet on Bitcoin at $ 5 k and Mstr at $16 and again at $50. Even gave you the heads up on it at $50 . 9 months later it topped at $480. Nov 2024. When Omi finally moved . All the way you were telling me to sell and buy Omi for imminent deal and drilling in April😂. Told you 2 cash raises were coming that would trash the sp.

Same f,,kwits that held all the way from 40 p -2 p. 6 years on and the 30 m elephants are 200 k oz and a share price half the high of 6 years ago. I bought bitcoin 2020 at $5 k. Even after large drop in present bear market it is around $70 k . I didn’t buy Omi when it went over 5 p last time around apart from a couple of re buys and traded a few times on the way down and finally exited around 8 p.

Could have sworn everybody here reckoned the mre was fine. Yes it was less than anticipated hence the first drop. We are getting somewhere at last! So let’s not spend our time coming up with guesstimates for the next mre and wait for official information. Of course some reckoned that this mre that we are drilling towards was due last Jan. best to go by official releases rather than bb rampers. If we keep plugging 2 m plus and it comes in at 1 m or under what then? If this imminent j/v doesn’t materialise and eventual e p news is just early stage reasonable?

Simms, back in the Cnr pre sale days, I stated that mine build would be 18-24 months. You kept stating 12 months. In 8 months we should have first pour! Then the ramp up period which could be 6 months baring in mind it is second hand kit.

Talk of dividends is a bit premature imv with a further asset yet to be added. I remember your prediction of getting Cnr £1 value in 8 years in dividends alone!

Good news on concessions. Maduro situation certainly seems to have given the presidential family dynasty a shake up.
